August 2015 - we boarded our cat here for the weekend (dropped off Friday, picked up Monday) as our normal vet didnt have space for her. Our cat gets a daily dose of anti anxiety medication (keeps her from peeing all over the house) so we brought her newly refilled with us, told the person checking us in how to administer it (ear gel) and left written instructions as well. When we went to pick her up on Monday they gave her back to us and didnt give us her medicine back. When we asked where the medication was (especially because we had just paid for the new refill) they told us that we didnt leave them any medication. We argued that we had in fact left it there but they insisted that we showed it to them but then walked out with it. This makes no sense because youre admitting that you knew she was supposed to get medication but you failed to call and tell us that we forgot to leave it with them. We continued to argue that we DID leave it with them and finally convinced them to go look for it..... and they found it. They misplaced her medication, didnt give it to her, failed to call us to tell us they misplaced it and then tried to lie and blame us for it. Not a chance well ever be back. Their slogan says "we treat your pets like family" - evidently they have a dis-functional family that treats one another poorly.

Doctor Mansour has been so helpful to our family over the past eighteen months. Our dog Lucy started limping after a rough snowfall last year. Our vet was closed so my daughter googled a few places and Kenilworth Animal Hospital came up - we booked an appointment and ever since then we never looked back at our old vet. We brought her to Kenilworth Animal Hospital thinking it was an irritation from rock salt. After examinations and thorough testing we found out our Lucy had bone cancer. We were so upset to hear this news but Dr. Mansour gave us some options. After our family got together with Dr. Mansour we opted to have Lucys leg amputated and then sessions of chemotherapy. Lucy was given more than another year of life and she enjoyed each day of this year! Just days ago we said goodbye to Lucy and we are still sad. She was a great dog and a special part of our family. I would recommend Kenilworth Animal Hospital to anyone who loves their pet like we loved ours! Dr. Mansour was thorough, knowledgeable and kind in every sense of the word. He treated our dog Lucy like it was his. He is like no other. A special note of thanks also goes out to Jen, Dr.s assistant who was wonderful, loving and also very knowledgeable and helped us through this very difficult journey.

After taking my cat to two very highly recommended vets in the Passaic county/Bergen county areas to be told my cat had asthma and payed an astronomical amount of money two find this out and paying over 800$ for inhalers with no improvement.so when my cat grew a large lump on his face I contact kenilworth animal hospital for there help. The Dr. reveiwed some videos that I sent him and pictures and told me to come in asap he tested the lump on his face and we found out that my cat has cancer. The Dr. Didnt walk in with an iPad and tell me that "our" baby has cancer (like how the other vets did about the asthma at the other vets) he came in just as upset as I was. He took his time answered every question I had plus gave me good suggestions. I am now doing my cat chemo therapy at this vet because I see the good in them and I know they want whats best for my pet and me as well.

Our dog was elderly and in distress. She had numerous problems with her spine and had difficulty walking and relieving herself. We brought her to Kenilworth Animal Hospital where Dr. Mansour examined her. He diagnosed that she had additional complications and with incredible compassion, he told us our options. Ultimately her time was going to be short. He prescribed medicine that he hoped would ease her pain. The medicine worked. Our Dog lived 3 more months. Yesterday she appeared unresponsive and I called Dr. Mansour from my office. He ran to my house to see if he could help. The man is compassionate and we are grateful for all he did. We are lucky to have a Doctor like this in our area.

I have 3 cats and 2 dogs. When my large breed cane corso had some pain issues in her legs, we had no idea what it could be. Dr. Mansour and his staff did a ton of research to pinpoint exactly what it was, as it was not a common problem. They fixed her right up! Then she tore her cruciate ligament in her knee! Poor thing was treated so well and had this major surgery right there in the hospital, and she is doin wonderfully. I love this place and so do my pets, they pull me to the door! The head tech and staff do an awesome job of keeping people and their pets happy, well informed, and healthy. I recommend this place to everyone I know.

I have had both of my dogs there for various things including surgery and they are always treated well and quickly. I have recently moved to Somerset and still return to Kenilworth when something is wrong with my dogs. Edit 1/16/17 I found a Kitten/Cat on the street around 12/9/16 and took it in. Of course I took it to Dr Mansour for a check up and shots. Fast forward 1/12/17 the cat got sick, in my opinion the doc did everything he could plus to save my cat, unfortunately sometimes the animals cannot be saved but I would like to thank Dr Mansour for doing everything he could.

I have a 4 year old yorkie who is the love of my life and his well being is the most important thing to me. I was recommended to this clinic by a friend, and ever since my first visit I have been referring all my pet-owner friends to this amazing place. The staff is so well organized and polite. The doctor is very informative and break down everything step by step. The prices are reasonable, everything is very sterile, overall its a great place. I wouldnt trust just anybody with my baby’s health but with Dr. Mansour, I am assured that he is in good hands.

So glad I found this place, We had an emergency visit with our dog, she was attacked and bitten in her ear, bite was so vicious she was close to losing her ear. Starting from the immediate attention from Jen in the front office to the care and fast action of Dr. Mansour our girl was able to keep the ear and is healing nicely. The office is super clean and has all needed for an emergency visit or routine visit. Reasonable prices and the very best attention in any Veterinarian office so far . Will highly recommend Dr. Mansour and his staff.

Only thing going for this place is the super nice vet tech/receptionist.... Vet recommended tests without even touching my dog...even though i stated clearly he has had this issue prior and antibiotics has worked fine.
