I should have read the reviews prior to scheduling an appointment for my cat. I had brought my cat there to be neutered when he was a kitten about 7 years ago and recently moved back to the area.. bad decision to not redo my research. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and loud. I did not need to hear about other patrons pets problems and I do not need them hearing about mine. She was rude to the other staff members and when I finally thought I had gotten away from her by seeing the vet she barged into the room and would not even let him speak long. As another review said she was a "know-it-all" and was insensitive when discussing my cats health. On top of her rude service, the vet only recently began believing in a correlation between stress and health. That is not the kind of doctor that I want to see nor do I want my beloved pet to be seen by a doctor with this mentality. The only upside is that the vet cleaned the table off when we had first walked into the room so I guess they at least read their reviews. Hopefully theyll read this and remove that awful woman from the front desk. Maybe then theyll receive some better feedback. I would rather drive 40 mins to my other recently adopted cats vet than even think about going back here.

I have a long history with Easton Animal Clinic, and have taken all of my pets here. I love that they take Friends of Animals Certificates, and dont treat me like a second class pet owner because I spay and neuter my pets through Friends of Animals. I do a lot of research on pet nutrition and health (no, not just wiki and WebMD, actual Research articles) so Im familiar with a lot of the brands and what they contain, how to READ a food label, and why certain people go with one brand over another. Im also familiar with common treatments performed at a clinic. I ask questions, and the doctors AND the front desk people (who people on this review board are very quick to judge their personalities) answer to the best of their knowledge. They have always been responsive to any "emergency" questions or concerns I have about my pet, and they actually CALL back when I leave a message on their voice mail. Im a responsible pet owner, and love learning more and more about how to take care of my animals. Every vet office has its quirks, and if you dont agree with the doctor or the techs, it is within your right to seek a second (or third or fourth) opinion.

It seems like theyve been in business for years but why dont they know a thing about customer service? I work in customer service and I would NEVER act that way towards a client in any situation. They always seem like theyre busy, yet all they do is gossip and talk right in front of waiting clients. How unprofessional. Theyll even argue over treatments in front of people. Its sad that in emergency they will not take your pet unless theres an opening. I know theres emergency hospitals, but I always figured maybe going to the regular vet would be better, but they could care less for your dying pet. They are right around the corner from me so I thought it would be no hassle. I called and the lady told me to find an emergency vet. I asked for a recommendation because I had never been to one and didnt know of any and you know what she said? "UHHH I DONT KNOW. YOU CAN LOOK IT UP YOURSELF."

I have known the vets at Easton Animal clinic for about 15 years as weve taken our family dogs there since I was a teenager, however I didnt truly get a feel for how great this vets office was until I adopted my own puppy last year. I adopted a cockapoo and Dr. Soriano has been great with her. Everytime she goes there shes excited to be there and if I have ANY questions, he doesnt rush the answers (down to telling me how to keep her ears clean to avoid "Cocker ears!"). You can tell Dr. Soriano really cares about every single animal that comes into their doors and so does their staff. The staff is friendly and very accommodating when theres an issue and you need to get in right away. I recommend this office to everyone that gets a new pet and doesnt have their own vet already!

The vet techs always answer my questions over the phone and let me know when something Im concerned about needs the doctors attention. They never rush me in unless its clearly an emergency. The vet techs, interns and Dr. Celo were very good to my cat when he became very ill and had to be euthanized. People complain about the lack of friendliness in this office, but the two vet techs were there for me during my cats last moments and they provided the support I needed, as did the doctor. Dr. Celo gave me the options and waited patiently as I made the decision to euthanize my cat. They did everything right and I am thankful that my cat was in their hands. I trust the doctors and vet techs at Easton Animal Clinic and highly recommend them.

This is the first negative review I have ever written in my life. I am crediting the miserable lady at the front desk with the glasses in combination with the filthy conditions inside the clinic. I think she has some pugs at home. From now on I will refer to her as "an Angry Elf." The customer service I have received at Easton Animal Clinic has been way under par. I am not sure why they dont clean their exam rooms or main lobby. Every time she answers the phone she has a demeaning attitude and and tone. She is straight up nasty and unfriendly. I am never taking my dog back here again. I am glad I am not the only one who is bothered by the behavior and work ethic of the Angry Elf.

When I have taken my dog, it always seemed they wanted my dog to start a naturalist lifestyle. I just want my dog taken care of...thats it. I dont want to deal with know-it-alls at the front desk, who think everyone is suppose to shell out bucks for care that I thaught was sub par. I did go once when they gave my dog what he needed, a steroid for his skin allergy. Dr Land is a good doctor. he prescribed the right meds.

For two years now I have been taking my Yorkshire terrier to Easton Animal clinic. To date my experiences at this clinic have all been overwhelmingly positive. The staff is accommodating and the cost of services are fair. I am always pleased with the care provided and would recommend this location to other local animal owners in search of a quality animal clinic for their dog (and cat).

Never Bring your pet here!! Its very obvious that they dont care about animals or their owners. From my experience they shuffle you in and out like cattle and the vet never gives you an explanation about a pets condition. Thank god I got a second opinion they wanted me to spend thousands of dollars on an unnecessary procedure. Please if you feel the way I do get a second opinion.

I have a bunny and he had started to pick up bad habits such as spraying. So it was suggested that he come in one day for a neuter, 10 days after the surgery and my rabbit is doing amazing! I had a few questions along the way and both the staff, Dr. Andrea, and Dr. Soriano were more than willing to offer guidance and help along the way.
