Expect to sit here for atleast an hr after your appointment time. Waiting in the waiting room isnt even the worse if it. Once they put you in a back room. You wait even longer. Im actually writing this from the room right now. My appointment was almost an hr ago. And still havent seen the Dr. Plus, they dont do their job. I was here back in Nov asked for a full blood work up. Found out they only did part of it. Do yourself a favor. Find a different Dr !!!!!

Not as horrible as ppl say. Ive been there several times. My biggest complaint though is that they do NOT usually take walk-ins. Seems like a total crapshoot. Ive been there many times and sometimes its a walk-in, sometimes its not. Doesnt make any sense. If they keep that consistent, theyd be alot better. The care and service is fine though no complaints there

Sandy is a gem but the reception desk is absolutely horrible. I missed a call while at work and have been trying to get someone on the phone for an hour. Completely unacceptable, especially when youre waiting on important results. Ive left messages prior to this incident and never received a call back. The office is a mess.

Terrible doctors office I sit in the waiting room for and hour and a half and once brought into a room I then sit there for another 30 to 45 mins it never fails! They dont return calls even when its for a much needed prescription refil. Very frustrating and unprofessional!

I went there because I am having severe back pains and they give me a prescruption for an over the counter medication and one that no insurance even covers! Dont waste your time sitting for 3 hours in the waiting rooom. Go to a real doctors office!

Although they are listed as a walk-in clinic when I arrived I was told too bad they cannot accommodate me since their nurse practitioner is out sick. Totally unprofessional.

Absolutely worthless customer service, no regard for patient needs and not a single even remotely friendly human being can be contacted here by phone or seen in person.
