This is the best dental office ever. I came here for the pin hole procedure but will stay for the people. My gums have been receding for a while causing sensitivity but now and Im starting to get root damage. This was especially distressful because the traditional method of tissue grafting sounded like an archaic procedure I wanted nothing to do with. I was so happy when I heard about the pin hole procedure and that Dr. Fine was conveniently located to my job. Although it sounded better than grafting, I still expected it to be difficult and painful. I was wrong. The procedure itself isnt without trying moments but it wasnt painful. They make sure to deaden everything and dont rush things so your mouth is very numb before they get started. Im pretty good in a dentists chair, Mom was a hygienist, but if you dont have that comfort level, some of the noises may bother you. The procedure is traumatic to your body, as is all gum surgery, so take it easy and use your ice as instructed for a couple of days after. They give several Tylenol after surgery, this was all the pain meds I needed. The day after surgery I went to work (computer job) but I felt woozy so I went home in the afternoon. I had the procedure on Wed and it slowed down my weekend before Christmas preparations. If it had of been a normal weekend, I would have been fine. I only had lingering swelling and wasnt up to 12 hour days of running here and there. I had my two front teeth fixed about a year ago and it has worked 100%. The molar that was fixed last week is healing fine. I am very happy with Dr. Fine, his staff and the pin hole procedure.

Definitely would not recommend this location.. professionalism at its worst, so I get one of the Office representative telling me that if I used my X-Ray with my insurance at a other dental office that I would have to pay 80 percent for x-ray. So because of some Insurance issues I was told by my insurance company that x-ray would be covered at 100% unfortunately that was not the case. So asking the represent have to call my insurance company to find out they told her that I have not had any x-rays done. So now waiting in the chair for and by the time we were able to clear it up she tells me " I am sorry but your appointment is now over" Im like wow really! Then she tell me that we you couldnt do nothing for you anyway!! So what was the point of me coming here.. if I stated to you that I might need a root canal you shouldve told me just to go to a oral surgeon not to waste my time and go to your location just for you to tell me to go to oral surgeon.. I would been ok if she wouldve said that in a different manner and not make it seem that Im being kicked out because my appointment was over. literally driving to 45 minutes just to be told sorry your appointment time is over and we cant help you... if they want me back and give them another chance, I would like the office manager to call me...

Dr Fine and office staff: I can never thank you enough for the opportunity to have such a beautiful smile! The service and results Ive gotten from you are outstanding! It took awhile to get to the final results and results have proven it was worth waiting. The implants fit and feel and look just perfect, better than perfect. All those visits and adjustments have really paid off. I believe that such a friendly and warm staff is unmatched and my each and every visit to dentist office was a pleasant one contrary to common beliefs. Your office equipped with the technology of the future: from 3D computer imaging and the spaceship chair color panoramic scanning to text messaging. Ive never been treated with so much technology and precision. Very special thanks to Rebecca! Your smile and cheerful personality made my every visit a really, really, really pleasant one. Lindas professionalism and precision in setting appointments, handling phone calls, welcoming me to the office made a lasting impressions as well. I never waited more than a minute in the waiting room. Amazing! You should call it No Waiting Room. My overall conclusion: Dr. Fines office works like a clockwork with a smile. I want to thank you for all you do!

Ive had the most wonderful experiences at Dr. Fines office. All the staff there is very supportive, caring, knowledgeable and highly professional. I knew I was in the right place from my very first visit. If there is a such thing as V.I.P. service at a dentist office, this place would be it. I get warm welcomes when I arrive, which at times include a hug from dental assistants like Rebecca or conversations of support for financial assistance or well care in family life with Linda or JinaMarie in the front desk area. Ive never felt so comfortable, respected, included and cared for at a dentist. From the front desk all throughout the office to the dentist themselves, like Dr Sheth as well as Dr Fine. The care I receive when Im there has such a caring feel to it and matched by none. Its like a motherly touch of care; or in Dr. Fines case, a fatherly touch. Ive actually recommended this dentist office to my Mom, who also enjoy being a patient there. I would recommend this dentist to anyone, especially to those who fear a trip to the dentist like I have in the past.

It is hard to find words to describe how great Dr. Fine and his staff are. Ive had a fear of dentists forever; in fact Ive avoided them for decades. Yet as neglect and a serious habit of clenching and grinding eroded my teeth, my smile, and my chewing ability, I knew it was time I took action. Thank goodness by some stroke of luck, or fate, I found Dr. Bruce Fine. He is a caring, compassionate, and qualified professional who took on my dental restoration and took every request I made to heart - such as please dont hurt me, and I want to end up with a dynamite smile. If you need a dentist you can trust, run, dont walk to Dr. Fines office. You will leave mighty happy you did.

Unfortunately Dr Fine and his staff arent very honest . They say they except your dental insurance . i had a cleaning and xrays which under our plan is covered 100% . I spoke with Linda at his office upon making an appointment and told that they took our insurance only to receive a bill because they are out of network. Despicable for an office to be deceitful in order to get patients in the door. This office also saw my aunt she needed her teeth pulled was told it would be covered only to find out that a new bridge would cost over $5000.00 which she could not afford . They wouldnt even entertain a payment plan . Like I stated they are very nice but very deceitful

I came to Dr. Fines for the first time on a sort of dental emergency. In the first visit I was not only pain free, but experienced fantastic customer service from the office and was made to feel very comfortable by the caring staff and Dr. Fine himself. Every question I had from recovery time to financing options was explained to me in detail. Making the follow up appointment was easy and quick, they worked around my hectic work schedule. I was so impressed by the clean, friendly atmosphere that I am actually excited to go back! They really make you feel that you are the only patient there, a welcome change from some previous offices I have visited.
