Even after cancelling service, they have not stopped auto shipment and so weve had to return supplies sent. They continue bill even after service was stopped (6 months after!) It has been over a year and were still dealing with this mess. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

extremely difficult to get someone (non-automated} on phone. Have been on phone for the last hour, 15 mins on hold no luck, 18 mins, and the last time 10. Being a new patient I wonder if this is where I should place my healthcare.

Absolutely the worst service in the world. You will wait hours to talk to someone on the phone. Customer service does not exist.
