What happen to Apria Healthcare? I am so totally disgusted and pissed off. I have spent hours on the phone today just trying to get an appointment to possibly get a different mask. I was passed from one foreign person to another and none could understand me because they barely spoke English!! I was passed off to six different foreigners. Was I talking to someone in China? After wasting most of my day on the phone, the 6th person told me that I need a prescription to get a different mask. Why couldnt the first person tell me this hours ago? They also told me I had a different insurance than I actually do have.. Apria Healthcare use to have quick English speaking people to assist you immediately and you spoke directly to your local Apria Healthcare. I ended up hanging up. I am warning anyone who is considering signing up with Apria, DO NOT DO IT! Their customer service is soooooooooooooo bad!

Terrible customer no-service..on hold forever, no longer able to call the local office...all goes to call center around the world...distorted hard to understand...english not good...they make automated appt. calls and dont keep them...when called to ask about the appt. they had no record of calling me or my verification of the appt time.....fast forward 2 weeks...after 20minute hold to cust service was transferred to another person...when it rang, message came on "your call cannot be completed at this time" Time to switch providers!

This company is the worst to work with. You are put on hold for 20 minutes and then pushed to another department for another 20 minutes. Doesnt send bills or statements just automatically deducts $$$ from your checking accounts without any notification? Was told my bill was paid in full and a year later they decided to charge me a rental??? for what I paid for this wheel chair I could have bought a new one with out Apria

This is the most unorganized company I have ever worked with. Billing and orders were screwed up from the day I became a patient with them. So bad that I ended up turning the machine in and I AM STILL BEING BILLED MORE MONEY. All I can say is go find anybody but this company. You will regret every minute with them!

What happened to the old Apria?? It is so hard to talk to someone where I used to call my location and was taken care of in a matter of minutes. Please look at your customer service. I am still on hold and have been transferred three times. PLEASE HELP!!!!
