I called Pinnacle 3 weeks before a major knee surgery. I needed and was prescribed in home physical therapy which is essential to my recovery. I was reffered to pinnacle by my insurance agency. Just to make sure I called two days before my surgery to make sure everything was set up, they reassured me that I was all set. The day of my surgery when the physical therapy was supposed to start they called to let me know that they could not find anyone to do the physical therapy and had the nerve to ask if I knew anyone that could do it. The staff were really nice but it is absolutely rediculous that they waited till after my surgery to let me know especially when they had three weeks to find somebody that is uncalled for and horrible vusiness practice. It doesnt matter how nice you are if you cant deliver your services and wait to tell the patiebt at the last moment. Would not reccommend go some where you know at least you will get the treament you need.
