The equipment is fine (CPAP Machine), but their telephjone customer service is a nightmare. They mistakenly sent me the wrong size hose to fit my CPAP cleaner. OK, mistakes happen. I called. They replaced the too small diameter hose with another one that does not fit my cleaner. The phone rep (4 calls so far) claims the large diameter hose does not exist. I had it in my hand! I offered to bring the two hoses to the Cleveland office and show therm. Oh No! they said. "Someone will call you." I am not holding my breath, so to speak! M GI

If you are into waiting on hold and numerous transfers and apologies for having to wait, this is the provider for you! The tragedy of the situation is that prior to their "modernizing" their message system, you could call your local office and either talk immediately to someone or leave a message and have someone get back to you in a reasonable time. Now, the call center in cyberspace gets all incoming phones, even if they fake you out by showing a local area code. When the call center picks up, the wait begins. Good way to catch up on your reading or work on meditation, other then the sickening "music" they further torture you with as you wait. Can you select negative stars on this review? ST

Home service, professional career technicians and customer service people are easy and good to work with. THE PROBLEM is their phone network, it has multiple tiers dependent on your given need. They DO NOT general give direct numbers to local office but will send Emails so someone calls you back. If any of their management EVER had to use the Customer Service Call number things would rapidly change. Poor, Very Poor and offsets the great job their people do. JE

Horrible customer service. I have made many, many calls for a necessary medical device and one month later I still do not have it. The company makes the customer go through multiple phone prompts for each call. The customer service people are not knowledgeable or helpful. Each person gives a different story than the one before. The service reps refuse to give their name and phone number for future contacts. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. SA

This company is a nightmare. We were told a delivery would be here in an hr and we waited 6 hrs till 3 in the morning. Had to speak to 4 different people who didnt know what the hell they were doing. The driver then called and asked why our order was put in so late and tried to convince us to not make him come deliver our supplies. He was extremely rude on the phone as well. Avoid at all costs. Warning!! Do not do business with this company. Absolutely horrible place to do business with. Customer service is non-existent, unauthorized charges to credit cards, insensitive workers who couldnt care any less about the consumers health issues. This company personifies why private medical services are a very, very bad idea. They collect their fees from the insurance companies and Medicare, provide as little service as possible and make tons of money for their executives. Every negative review posted here is on the mark. I agree, this is a nightmare of a company. They will transfer you from one department to another department person , numerous times without any result. Will not give a direct number, cannot talk to the same person again, .

My health care provider rented a device from them on my behalf. It took me a year to get Apria to tell me where to return the rented device. The entire time they would call me weekly trying to bill me for the lost device. JO
