21st century health care consultants has done more for me than can be described with words alone. They are the reason why my home health care agency is successful. They are always there for me. Whenever I call they are there to provide me with the assistance I need. I know that without them I could have never attained Medicare accreditation with no deficiencies with out all of their help. I highly recommend their services. I called many of their references before I made my final decision. They all told me you would not be disappointed. Now im telling you the same.

I have worked with several consultants through the years but have never had such a great experience as I have with 21st Century Health Care Consultants. The staff is very knowledgeable and always available when I call. They go out of their way to help me. As one who has considerable experience in home care, I highly recommend using 21st Century Health Care Consultants for policies, licenssure, certification, accreditation and Medicaid waiver services. Rude,terrible service from Lisa and Brandi from 21 century. QI needed to buy some policies for my waiver application but they said they would sent me a quote and failed. They are very ignored , and I received bad customer services . I needed to buy the policies , and she gave me the price but seemed less interested . She was to sent me the email and its been 3! Days but nothing. I dont recommended them , in the waiver department very rude !! Unbelievable !!!

Called 9:10 am on a Monday morning asked if there was anyone who could help with Medicare accreditation, I was told someone would call me back shortly. 2 Pm and it still hasnt happened. Not a great start trying to impress me. I am going with another company.
