My entire family has been going there for years. 3 of the 4 of us wear corrective lenses. Had an issue with my glaucoma test and Dr. Stikeleather took the time to talk to me and figured out that it wasnt actually anything to do with the pressure in my eye but the thickness of the cornea. Also, had tried at 2 other places to wear contacts. Couldnt get it to work and was diagnosed with a problem in my eyes as to why. Tried with Dr. Stikeleather and worked perfectly. I hardly even know they are in there. He took the time to figure out the best lenses for my eyes. We order our lenses through them and the front office staff has been wonderful. We wont go anywhere else.

Courteous, professional & caring. I had an object stuck under my eyelid that was very painful, so I searched for someone nearby who could take me right away. Dr. Stikeleather took me in quickly, and was very professional and courteous while removing the object. Even though this was a minor issue, he took his time to talk with me and make me feel comfortable, and I didnt feel like I was being pushed out the door or rushed in any way. He was going on vacation the next day, but he gave me his personal cell phone # and said to call if there were any further problems. Thats a level of care thats just not seen much any more. Highly recommended.

The front desk associate is rude and not giving the responsible answer. We have made an appointment with this vision care 10 days back and got the scheduled confirmation email. but when we went reached them at the time of appointment, they simply ignoring us and saying sorry we dont have any space today for the appointment. When we asked about the email, the front desk associate responded rudely. Totally frustrated and disappointing with them.

Just visit there for watery eye and pain issue, however waited 1 hour to go to a different room, then waited another hour to actually see the doctor, there was not even slight apologies, Im guess 2 hours waiting time must be somewhat expected and not a big deal for them. It was not a very pleasant experience, and Im never going back there ever again.

Always friendly and helpful. Extremely personable! Takes whatever time is necessary to answer any questions Been going there for years, along with my 2 children. Id highly recommend! Yes, its true sometimes there is a wait. But thats anywhere you go and I always find him highly apologetic when the wait is abnormally long!

Went for a standard appoinment. I have been a few times, but will not go again after this latest visit. The doctor and all of the assistants who perform some of the basic vision tests are great. However, the staff is extremely rude, especially the onsite optician. Definitely dont buy glasses here.

The entire family goes here for yrs (7) ages 45 to 9 the best staff and Doctor. Its like going to see family every 6 months they know you all, help you with anything. The friendlyiest office I have ever been in. Even the DOCTOR! ..
