Today was my first time visiting this office. The doctor was late for my appointment which wasnt a big deal until she started rushing the time that I did have. She seemed pretty uninterested in solving the problem I presented her with my skin and I actually had to ask her to prescribe me antibiotics for an infection.... On top of that she didnt listen to anything I had to say and she prescribed me a medication I specifically said I didnt want. The nurse was nice. One woman at the front was nice. On my way out the woman acted like she could care less as well. Fast Med did a better job than this actual dermatologist....

The male PA (stuart) I met with was very unusual for me. The attitude he had, his "bed side manner" was awful. First time at this office and I was nervous, he actually made me MORE nervous while speaking with him. He did look over my body carefully and took his time. The money this place charges is RIDICULOUS. They are very above average cost, even though they will tell you they are aligned with everyone else. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. For me getting two moles cut off, I paid $150 more for the EXACT same thing my sister had done (She went elsewhere.)

WARNING: Dr. Haverstocks office is a group of crooks who will lie to you about the amount you will be charged, send you a bill for a MUCH larger amount in the mail, refuse to speak with you about it, and simply hire an agency that will threaten you with ruining your credit if you dont pay up. Youve been warned.

Dr. Seemed rushed and just wanted to get you out the door. Was given one price for a service and then charged considerably more. While in the room waiting for Dr. you can hear staff gossiping and making fun of people. Take heed and go somewhere else. Thumbs down

Had my first visit yesterday and was very pleased with everyone I encountered. Very pleasant, very professional - and excellent bedside manner. Dr. Haverstock was awesome; she is very easy going and friendly. Happy to have met her and her staff.

I had a procedure done and ended up getting a staph infection from here. When I went back to get it looked at because I didnt think it was getting better they charged me for an office visit. I wont be going back. Find a different dermatologist!

First time visiting office few months ago, cant remember doctors name but was tall man. He just wanted to get me in and out, didnt care what I had to say or solve my issue. Issues are still ongoing and gonna be going somewhere else

Been seeing Drs. Gruber and Gould for many years, they are fantastic! I have moved a few times and had to see other derms and they gave me an even greater appreciation for how thorough and competent these two doctors are.

Very unprofessional business. Place needs to be shut down. Staff is not friendly. Manager would not give me their private practice Human Resources number so I could file a complaint. Stay away from this place.
