We (my daughter and I) also had a very negative experience with Dr. Divers. We also had to wait nearly 6 months for an appointment, had to wait in the waiting room, and when she saw us she spent maybe two minutes with us. She seemed like she was in a rush to leave the entire time. She would not listen to us when we told her that the treatments were not working. She just kept writing prescriptions for more and more expensive medications that were not working at all. We eventually stopped going back, because it was frustrating that she refused to listen and she seemed like she was always in a rush. I felt like she just wanted our money and maybe benefits from the drug companies for writing prescriptions for their expensive products, too. Its sad some doctors feel the world owes them an expensive living because they spent time in medical school, and that is exactly the impression Dr. Divers gave me.

I saw Dr. Divers w/an acute inflammatory situation. The receptionist was very unresponsive, the wait considerable, and during my visit, the doctor announced that I had bad energy and she wouldnt deal w/me - the appointment was over. I groveled so that she would finish the examination. A thorough and appropriate battery of tests was ordered (per other doctors opinions), but her office never offered the results. When I finally reached an employee, I was told that I would not be seen by Dr. Divers. Reading so many other reviews, I find myself thinking that this physician may be very emotionally fragile &/or easily stressed. Her behavior (& that of the front desk woman) did not match the soothing, attractive office environment. Possibly the strangest medical experience I will ever have.

I made an appointment here to address a few issues as I am new to the area and needed my annual skin cancer check. I could not get an appointment for several weeks, but was not concerned by this. Three weeks later I received a letter letting me know that this office has a policy of only addressing ONE issue per appointment and alerting me that I would need to call to schedule multiple appointments to discuss multiple issues. As a veterinarian, I know how difficult it can be to run a timely schedule, but this is absurd. I can only assume the point of this policy is to collect multiple exam fees rather than scheduling longer appointments for someone with multiple issues. Unethical, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I will be going elsewhere.

Had a bad mole. Contacted office on two phone calls leaving message as instructed with details about my mole, and no calls were returned. Left detailed request about this mole on the website online appt form and received no reply. After a month I got an appointment. Mole was BAD and that month delay made it worse. This doctor has ATROCIOUS communication skills. My bad mole got clean margins but she NEVER called me. Instead, I had panic attacks and fearing the worst until I was told later about the clean margins ....by the surgeon. She should have called me first. She seems too much in a hurry to give you time and fails to speak in a language us plebeians can understand. I can NOT recommend this doctor.

Unfortunately I dont like this practice either, their policy of being able to address one problem per visit I understand is needed to keep appt times from running over, but they are very literal about it. If I had, say, a wart and also eczema - I basically would need to "pick one" to talk about, then make another appt and wait another long time in their waiting room. Its too bad! I know dermatologists are at a premium, but Ive never quite experienced anything like this. They are going to lose a lot of patients, but it probably wont matter to them because its so hard to find a derm around here.

I waited nearly an hour and a half to be seen by Dr. Divers and when she finally came in, she seemed in a hurry, to the point of being rude. I felt like I was inconveniencing her and I left crying. I came back for my follow-up since it took me nearly 6 months to get in, but the second visit was just as bad. Ill never be going back to her!

I am a long-time patient of Dr. Divers and recently met with Terri Blomberg, PA-C for my annual exam. She was fantastic! She took time to explain what she was doing/what to expect and to answer my questions. I had the first appointment of the day and did not have to wait. The staff is always very pleasant and respectful.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Divers for many years. She diagnosed and has been treating his skin cancer successfully and monitors it closely. If either one of us is unable to see Dr. Divers, we are very comfortable with her extremely capable staff. We will be life-long patients of hers!

I tried for several days to get someone to answer the phone at their office. You cant speak to an actual person, you have to leave a voicemail. I guess they need a secretary. I will definitely try some place other than here.

No receptionist. Must leave a message to schedule. Once I was called back, the receptionist stated they were booked for the next 3 months at which time I could only see a nurse. Ill find someplace else!!!
