If you like being kept in the dark about how much you ow till its out of your budget then this is the place for you. I understand this place is a business but not once would they tell me how much I owed till months later after I racked a nice bill. They charged for every single little thing and had I known they were going to take my kids lunch money I would have stopped going there but noooo they dont say anything about money till they get a nice amount just ok see you in a month. Also the people behind the desk are TERRIBLE!!! I was looking into a procedure on my face and asked how much I would have to pay and was basically told call and check with your insurance we dont know what coverages you have (um yeah you do)... then they gave me a bunch of codes so I could COMPLETELY WASTE my time with insurance because like I told them the insurance would ask to speak with them and I was right. Would have taken them 5 minutes MAX but nooooo just let the customer look stupid and get transferred 15 times when they need to speak to someone in the DOCTORS office. Last time I checked and every time Ive been to the doc or dentist or eye doc they told me ok this is the % you are covered this is your deductible and this will be your out of pocket expense. Then they really kick while youre down... as I was checking out and making my copay they drop a rediculous bill on me and acted like they needed all of the amount that day. First i cancelled my next appointment then I told them to send me a detailed bill in the mail and then she said we need at least $100 today so I finally gave in and asked for a DETAILED bill and that I wanted a final bill so i would have a zero balance... so i got the bill but no details so i said screw it and sent them a check thinking i was done with them. NOPE months later they call asking for more money and said if i dont pay by Friday then they will send it to collections. Wow I cant even talk right now. Never felt this taken advantage of. So save your time, money, and feelings because you will get hurt here. If someone that works there really cares then look up my name and call me. I would bet my kids lunch money nobody calls or cares. If they do call it will be after they send it to collections. Thanks for teaching me a lesson

I am the Practice Administrator for Dr. Rosens practice. The negative review is unfortunate and I would have loved to have had the opportunity to speak with this patient personally. While I agree the internet is a great place to determine which physician meets your needs the best, grievances should first be brought to managements attention prior to being published online. In this case it was not brought to my attention because I wouldve done everything in my power to resolve the appointment issue. To respond to the complaint specifically, there are times that appointments must be rescheduled because many are scheduled several months in advance, sometime a year in advance. We try very hard not to cancel or reschedule appointments and have since added an additional physician to our practice to alleviate this from occurring. Even so, we still are not 100% perfect but we are actively trying to not just meet all of our patients expectations, but exceed them! I assure you that every patient at our practice is important and I encourage everyone to call me personally if you are not 100% satisfied with the services we provide. We specialize in cancer detection and also provide cosmetic services. Give us a try! We want your business.

I cant really say I had a bad experience, however I will say that I have called 4 times to make an appointment and NOBODY ever answers the phone and after the 3 messages in the week I left - I only got 1 voicemail back. One day I even called 3 or 4 times back to back to see if I could get someone on the phone to make an appointment and it was 2:45 in the afternoon- Nobody answered!! I have worked in a doctors office for a number of years and we answer the phone every time it rings. I must be confused but Im certainly GLAD im not a patient because if I had something abnormal or wrong and needed to get into with your office I know you would not answer the phone to help me. So Ive decided to take my money and business to another dermatology group who cares about their patients and their needs. Thank You

I had a very disappointing experience here. Im not sure whether I was seen by a doctor or a PA, but she did not check me out AT ALL and when I asked her about different concerns I had she shrugged them off, hurried me out the door, and sold me some expensive sunscreen that they happen to sell. I have since been to a good dermatologist and have had multiple diagnosis and treatments for things I mentioned to the woman who saw me in Rosens office (who might have actually been Rosen herself- Im not sure). My health is important to me and it is dangerous to go to any doctor that simply doesnt care.

DO NOT USE...they are very rude and will constantly reschedule your appointment for months later. I had an appt set for the beginning of march, which "had" to be rescheduled for the middle of april. then 3 days before i was suppossed to go in, it had to be rescheduled again with the earliest opportunity being the last week in may...that is absolutely unacceptable and from what i hear, this is how they treat all of their patients...highly recommend looking elsewhere

I had laser hair removal done by Lane and she was awesome! She was very informative and answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease before the procedure. She was also accommodating to fit me in and get the process going right away. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable knowing that it was my first time getting laser hair removal. I had a great first experience and would recommend anyone try this place out.

I have been seeing Becky for years and she has done great things for my skin. I have never had a problem getting an appointment, if it is not an emergency I understand having to wait a few days longer but I always get in. I like aggressive treatment when it comes to my complexion, especially if I am having an issue at that time and that is how Becky works. We work good together! Great place to go.

Although they were very nice, they had no idea what was wrong with me and they gave me medicine that had nothing to do with my real condition. I went to MUSC a month later and they figured out what I had in under 10 minutes because they put my skin under a microscope and actually did real science.

Unless you are there to receive cosmetic procedures that fill the pockets of those employed, do not expect much. After nearly a year, I still have the same exact skin issues. I typically do not leave comments, but if you desire resolution, keep looking.
