Dr. Zick is very nice and willing to spend time discussing issues that youre having with your dog. I had no problem with the service. I was a little peeved though because I tried to use a coupon that they had sent. Granted I forgot about it until right after the transaction was made, I didnt think it would be unreasonable for them to refund/recharge the bill with the coupon. They said I couldnt apply it and theyd put it on my account, but I probably will not use it anyway since I will likely not be here when my dog needs service again.

They are very friendly and compassionate about animals. When my cat was dying and was hooked up to fluids over night, the performed kitty CPR and did everything they could. The Dr. wrote me a handwritten condolences card and was very sweet. They are actually cheaper with some procedures than the Nash Co Animal Hospital. Everyone there has been so nice over the past 12 years and their medications are reasonably priced. The grooming department is excellent. They have remodeled and its very nice and clean.

Took my dog , they say a month ago I told them like 3 weeks, for nail trimming cost me $14.00 , never had paid so much for this service but when I recently bath him one of the nails was super long and curved Vs the other nails and when I call to let them know they had missed that nail they told me I had to pay again for their mistake, I just ask them to fix the nail they missed (1) but they refuse. For the amount a pay was not satisfied with this service unfortunately will never used them again.
