My husband has been going to Dr. Bartlett for years..my daughter and her children also go to Eye Care Center. I decided to give them a try when my optometrist retired and called for an appointment thinking it would be a month or two off but was given an appointment early the following week. They mailed all the paperwork to me at home so I could have all that ready before arriving...that cut at least 30 minutes of time. The staff was very efficient. Dr. Bartlett was very friendly and professional. Tee, the lady that helped me pick out my frames for new glasses was very patient and very helpful.....courteous and friendly. I would say I had a very good experience for my first appointment. I would definitely recommend Eye Care Center to my friends. Thanks Dr. Bartlett and staff !!!

I have been having problems with my eyes, particularly in reading. After looking for an eye doctor for over a year, it was suggested that I see Dr. Bartlett. My visit was extremely satisfying. The Dr. was courteous, as was the staff. Very Friendly and willing to give information. The folks in the eye center were also very friendly and helpful. When I asked if I could keep the same frames, there were questions asked, nor any forced sales. Highly recommend them.

We both had lens implants three years ago and thought we were through with glasses. Alas, the changes did not last. We came back to Dr. Bartlett because of our previous experience there and were more impressed with some newly added staff. Alex has matured so much in her customer service. The Eye Care Center is Statesville is the BEST!! My husband and I both had appointments one hour apart but came together, seen and I was taken WAY before my appointment time!! You just dont get this kind of service today!! The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Bartlett is the so kind and considerate man I know of.

We have been seeing Dr. Bartlett for years. This is by far the best Eye Care Center around! We drive over 45 miles one way to see the Doctors. Our experience with Dr. Bartlett and his entire staff has been exceptional! Cani imagine ever going anywhere else! Truly satisfied and very happy!

I have never been there before, but dealing with a piece of metal I had in my eye all weekend. I called first thing monday morning and they told me to come right in. They took care of my problem fast and within 30min there the metal was out and I felt much better. Great eye doctors there.
