I have been going to this facility for 2 years with all 6 of my family members. I have tried to make an appointment on three different days at three different times and each time, I am put on hold for 15 minutes before I just give up! It is ridiculous that 45 minutes of my week is wasted just attempting to make an appointment! I will drive to Lexington before trying to make an appointment again there. They have no idea what customer service is!

The Doctor that I saw was nice, but that is the best I can say so far for this place. Im not sure if they are understaffed, over booked, or what but I felt like I was just being shuttled around like a piece of fruit in a processing plant. In short, bigger is not always better.
