This clinic is a provider for my vision insurance, and my husband and I had our first appointment with them on Friday, March 31. The eye exam was very thorough using state of the art instruments, and any additional test options were clearly explained and priced. I felt very confident that Dr. Bishop made sure of my updated prescription and investigated a little "curiosity" he found in my eyeball, explaining everything and asking me if I had any questions. Working with KarolAn on our glasses was a pleasure. She was funny and helpful through both of our frame and lens selections - FOUR pairs of glasses! I am highly satisfied and cant recommend them enough.

Great service, great team! Ive been seeing Doctor Bishop and using the Eyecare Center of Salem for many, many years and throughout this time they have continued to update their diagnostic equipment as the industry (as in any field) continues to evolve. Dr. Bishop always takes time to ensure my changing vision is addressed correctly and makes sure I always know what my options are. They also make sure I get the most out of my insurance coverage. The entire team is focused on quality customer service and I wouldnt go anywhere else!
