If your job is to answer the phone and greet people you need to be pleasant. The ladies at the window are rude in person and even worse on the phone. Also, dont expect them to help you in a timely fashion. The doctors and assistants are all amazing.

Very bad experience, technicians are poorly trained. Glasses had to be made over. They lied about the coating on my glasses. Frames were so uncomfortable I couldnt wear them. Never go back there again.
