Very poor customer service, and general incompetence, by secretaries at the desk. Have been going there for over 10 years and hasnt been an issue until the past few. Seems to be going downhill, but no problems with actual opthalmologists. They have very poor record keeping (shouldnt rely on customers memory to know what was performed the previous year), they frequently bill customers incorrectly, and the secretaries at the desk generally have no clue what they are doing whatsoever. Should either pay more to get higher quality employees at the desk, or provide better training to their employees.

I normally go here for my eye exams and glasses, but today was the first time Ive gone for something not routine. I was having some vision issues and they made sure to get me in immediately even though I had no appointment. My medical insurance didnt cover the visit but they made sure it was affordable for me anyway. It was really meaningful to feel like I had a place that would make sure Im okay. Hopefully you never have to do more than a routine exam but I definitely recommend them and am really happy with the way I was treated.

The doctors are pretty good but today was the third time they overcharged my wife on co pay and I had to call back for them to credit my account. I dont have that kind of time, and if someone isnt paying attention they will get overbilled. I will be changing doctors soon.
