This place really went downhill. The last 2 eye docs there were great in for the last 8 years but its completely flipped. The front desk help blasts hip hop music, seems to barely speak English and is hard to understand. When you try explaining things to her thinking she just didnt understand she tries to speak slower like your the idiot. Also lots of up charges now such as a new machine to take pics of your eyes which they give you the option of dilating your eyes (and having to wait around to go back to normal to drive) or charging you $30 for the pictures which isnt covered by insurance. The kicker is the front desk help with ZERO schooling is being instructed to operate all the testing machines (not the final exam though) which Im not sure is even legal. After dealing with this I came back in to purchase contacts. The subpar front desk help stated telling me I owed them money for the pictures I never had them take. Also tried to charge be another $30 for a contact fitting which I never got and my insurance pays that anyways! Then after I told her I never had them or signed off to pay for it I asked to have my exam paperwork to go elsewhere but she refused to give me. 8 years and Ill never return.

We love this location! They are wonderful! Our son was diagnosed with needing glasses at 3, he is now six. Our first pair of glasses made it one hour. Our son took them off to play a video game and then promptly stepped on them. We hadnt bought the insurance for them so we were prepared to spend another $100 dollars. They gave us the new pair for free and then we bought the insurance. Our second pair lasted a few months where we used the insurance so it only cost us $10 to replace the second pair. The staff there knows us well. It is always clean they do their best to get back to you promptly. Because our sons glasses are so small and he has an unusual prescription it takes time to get his glasses in but they always call us and are very good at customer service. We have seen more than one manager at this location and they all are great! They have a great selection too!

My wife and I went in for eye exams. The doctor did my exam, and while he was testing my vision the secretary did most of my wifes eye exam. And to top it off, they had me put my contacts in a case during the exam, and then they had SOMEONE ELSE put their contacts in the same case! I went home with two sets of contacts in each eye, one from someone Id never met! (I didnt notice since they said my eyes would be blurry from the dilation for a few hours) They should have been more careful. Ill never be going back.
