My first experience with the staff at Advanced Dentistry was as a new patient who was suffering from extreme pain from an infected tooth. When I called to try and make an appointment I spoke with Earlene and she showed genuine concern for my well being and was able to get me in to be seen by Dr. Schlueter that same day. Every single member of the staff was friendly and courteous, and Dr. Schlueter himself has a wonderful bedside manner that made me smile despite my pain. Every one worked hard to make me feel comfortable and at ease, explaining everything they were doing and making sure they answered any questions or concerns I might have. Not once did I feel judged or shamed during my numerous visits, which is not always the case for some dental offices. It seems as though they have worked hard to put together a team of people who are passionate about what they do, and it shows. This office really does offer the "total package". Office Staff: Caring, Friendly, and Knowledgable. Hygienists: Passionate, skilled, gentle, and friendly. Dr. Schlueter: Highly skilled, gentle, attentive, genuinely cares about your dental health. Facility: Brand new, well-maintained, state of the art equipment, and designed to make you feel comfortable during your procedures.

Very personable, professional staff. My first appointment (cleaning and x-rays) was a gentle and pleasant experience. The follow-up to get several procedures at once was way nicer than I thought it would be-- Dr. Schlueter used several techniques to make sure I barely felt the numbing process, and he and Allison were very positive and gentle the whole time. Technology - Really appreciated their text message reminders for my appointment, and the adjustable tv screen above the chair. I watched people trying to buy houses on HGTV while getting a crown done. :) Im very happy to have found this dentist, and in such a convenient location. My old dentist retired and I was NOT looking forward to trying out a new person, but I like Dr. Schlueter and his staff very much.

I am a big Advanced Dentistry of Blue Ash fan! I dont particularly like going to the dentist (who does, right?) but everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful. The hygienist, Rebecca, is very personable and will take her hands out of your mouth after asking you a question so you can give your answer! Dr. Shlueter is gentle and thorough. I took my 3 year old for his first dentist appointment and they made him feel comfortable and safe. I highly recommend this dentist office!

As a working mom, I sometimes struggle to find doctors or dentists that can accommodate my schedule. I love that Dr. Schlueter offers evening and weekend hours! Plus, the location in downtown Blue Ash couldnt be more convenient - off Kenwood Road just north of Ronald Reagan Highway. Service-wise, the entire staff has an upbeat attitude that makes going to the dentist a relaxed and fun experience. I definitely recommend Advanced Dentistry of Blue Ash.

Got my teeth cleaned today by Sandy who is so awesome! She is so friendly and got the job done well and efficiently! I love all their technology- its great to get text messages as automatic reminders as well as specific info on your appointment! Earlene and Tonya at the front desk make everything go so smooth and do anything they can to help with stingy insurance! Dr. Schlueter is kind and lets you know your options! Such a great office and team!

Dr. Schlueter and Allison were prompt for, as well as informative about my tooth extraction procedure. They kept things light with humor, yet maintained a professional environment. Pain was managed skillfully and I was constantly asked how I was doing! Not my favorite thing to have done, but they made the experience a low-anxiety experience overall. The office is filled with friendly, capable and competent folks.

Excellent practice from the office staff to Dr. Schlueter himself. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed yet professional. Danielle is a fabulous hygienist and took excellent care of my unique concerns. Dr. Schlueter was so personable and took a few moments to get to know me. The office staff was so kind and made sure I understood the costs of future services before scheduling my appointments. I highly recommend!

This was my first time here and it was a wonderful experience. The front desk was personable and friendly. Rebecca the hygentist dos a great job telling me what she was going to do before she did it. And kept my five year old entertained also. The dentist was super nice and friendly also. Was very comfortable there and look forward to going back for my sixth month and getting teeth whitened also.

Kaitlyn was very friendly and made sure my comfort was a top priority as she cleaned my teeth. She explained what she was doing as she did it, and made me feel very comfortable with the procedure as well as asking questions about things I didnt understand. One of the best dental hygenists i have ever had. Dr. Schlueter was very nice as well and seemed to genuinely care about my oral health.

Becca the dental hygienist is great with kids of all ages! Extremely patient with younger kids and informative and friendly with the older ones. The office is completely modern, bright and squeaky clean. Dr. Schlueter is super nice and super excited to meet new patients. The Dr. And his staff makes bringing four kids to the dentist a lot less of an ordeal!

Very good experience. All of the staff was great, the office is very nice, and I felt very accommodated. As far as the actual practice, it was great as well. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and they seem to be very up to date on practices (which is big for me) and utilizing new tools/technology as well. Definitely would recommend.

I have had both a regular cleaning and filling replacement here, and both times I felt totally at ease and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. that is important for me since I can have a lot of anxiety surrounding the dentist. Ill definitely be sticking with Dr. Schlueter for however long I live in Cincinnati!

My wife went to this dentist for a "free" trial exam. The office billed her insurance. Additionally they billed my insurance for a visit. I have never been to their office. They have not corrected this. My advise is to not deal with these people. They are insurance frauds and should be criminally prosecuted.

Just brought my toddler here for his very first dentist appointment. I have to say, they are such a warm and welcoming office! My son is not very cooperative with doctors in general and they sensed that immediately and were SOO patient with him. The entire team from start to finish was amazing!
