As I read some of the reviews on here (the negative ones), I honestly cannot see these things happening as Ive had nothing but great experience when I go the Marietta office. I initially was a patient at the Holcomb Bridge location and loved Dr. Benton before she transferred to another location. It was Dr. Benton who offered to make up for the inconsistencies of issues I was having at that location, making her my primary dental provider; however, when she transferred, the issues were too much to stay. Upon transferring to the new location, Dr. Johnson was quick to re-examine me, providing the x-rays at no charge and coming up with a treatment plan. I then in turn saw Dr. Mehraban who gave it to me straight in what i needed to do to save my teeth and I am currently under his care and all is going well. The staff is amazing, cordial and sweet as they are readily available with answers to questions I may have. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for honest and quality dental work. Its a drive from my home, but the end results are worth it.

Everyone at the office is very nice and I was in and out. The only issue that I had was with the billing. There were charges for extra things other than the cleaning that is covered by my insurance, they made it seemed as if these things were required and I had to pay out of pocket in order to receive the cleaning. I pointed out that I did not want to pay 20 or 30 for mouthwash to take home. The assistant let me know that the mouthwash had not been put on there and the charge was for something else. After getting home and researching the code and name, I found that I did pay $20 for an oral rinse plus another $46 for debridement and irrigation that wasnt covered. This office is good but I went in for my general cleaning that is covered by insurance but I ended up spending money that I didnt have, this has never happened at any other office that Ive went to as I have never paid out of pocket. I would recommend this office but just pay attention to your charges and ask detailed questions.

I have been going here for a year now. I have always experienced thoughtful and expert care. My hygienist, Jackie, is truly experienced and excellent in her skill and explanations. I had the zoom treatment as well and Simone was awesome. Dr. Samantha Johnson is great! This office is clean, well lit, and a hidden gem. It could use some cool stuff like blue tooth Pandora music so the patients can choose a music station; or even TVs in the treatment rooms. What this office may lack in cutting edge frills, it makes up for in professionalism. Kudos to those folks.

I am so happy to have found such a warm and inviting dental office. I called in yesterday and spoke to James Clark about getting in ASAP for some wisdom tooth pain and general exam. Although they were pretty much booked for the next two weeks, he made time to fit me in the very next day! He along with other staff were nothing but friendly and helpful. This experience has been nothing short of fantastic. I am happy to have found an office that gives great customer service and is knowledgeable in their practice.

Nice people but some assistants were rude. After i had my extractions and asked to go to the bathroom they came in the bathroom with me.( ewww) not only that everything was suppose to be covered by insurance and wasnt. Also my surgery was great but thw way the cut my teeth out and left my gums are horrible hell they didnt even do the filling tht was required
