Outstanding. Joe Hair, DMD, FAGD is amazing. Truly... Suffered severe damage to my upper-frontal bridgework, damage extended to anchoring teeth, needing three extractions. Additional issues with bite, which required extensive modeling of intermediate appliance until final reconstruction is complete. First phase involved impressions, extractions and bone graphs. The appliance was difficult, and my case truly tasked the lab. Oral surgery performed by Dr. Hair was amazing, frankly enjoyable. Its the truth, in nearly five-decades Ive experience myriad of surgical procedures. Never in my life has anything been so pain free, and rapid healing. I needed no pain medications, minor swelling lasted two days. Intermediate dental appliance was fitted with only the most minor adjustments, less than 20 minutes. Looks and feels outstanding. Have a few months of healing for the bone-graphs, then will begin permanent and final work. Facilities had been clean and well maintained, staff polite, professional, very encounter always provided top service. Nothing was done ad-hoc, none of those “unexpected” issues encountered. Everything was discussed during examination treatment consultation. All procedures listed in writing, itemized billing along with insurance. Nothing had been out of scope of written proposal or services performed. Billing and filing of claims timely manner. Highly professional. I dont normally bother posting online reviews. However in the case I strongly recommend Dr. Hair, strongly recommend.

Buyer Beware! After 5+ years of outstanding service from Dental-1 and Dr Toral I arrived today for my 6-month teeth cleaning. When I arrived I was informed that Dr Toral has moved on a new dentist has taken over. His name is Dr David Perris and he has a very different approach to running the business and his treatment of longtime customers... With my insurance my usual co-pay for teeth cleaning is $65. Today I was asked to pay nearly $300, which included a number of services I did not want or request. When I refused the additional services I was informed by DR Perris that he thought that DR Torals approach to dentistry was too conservative and that he provided a superior service. He needed me to authorize these additional services or I would not be able to have my teeth cleaned today! I found myself flabbergasted and in disbelief of what I was being asked to pay and the aggressive pressure tactics they were using in an attempt to hijack my wallet. Today I said goodbye to Dental-1 forever and I write this to warn others that this Dentist (DR Perris) is practicing an aggressive revenue generation business model intended to benefit them and not the customers they serve. If you are a potential new customer take my advice and shop elsewhere. This Dentist is practicing the most aggressive cash generation revenue model I have seen since I moved from Southern California 13-years ago (SCAM CENTRAL)! Dr Toral I am truly going to miss you!

Where should I start? This place has become my real life nightmare. After being fitted for a crown, it didnt fit. Wait another 2 weeks, they call me 20 minutes before my appointment to let me know the new one has not arrived. Thanks a lot. Babysitter was in my driveway. It only gets worse.... After placing my permanent crown, I developed a severe infection beneath my tooth and had to have an emergency root canal (through another dentist, obviously). Since then, I have been to another dentist, an endodonist, my primary care doctor and an ENT doctor to treat my severe infection. This place seriously scares me and the lack of customer service and quality of care is the worst Ive seen. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!

My first experience as a new patient with Dr. Hair and his staff was exceptional. Dr. Hair is an extremely talented dentist and his staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Hair has a way of making his patients feel at ease with his calm demeanor and great sense of humor. Ive lived in the Atlanta area for fifteen years and have been to a number of dentists. None of those dentists compare to Dr. Hair and his staff. Im so glad Ive finally found a dentist in Georgia as Ive been traveling to my hometown in another state to see my family dentist for the last few years. That said, I highly recommend Dr. Hair to anyone who is looking for a skilled and honest dentist. Give him a try; youll be glad you did!

I went here bc this office accepts by my insurance. At my first appointment they did nothing but look in my mouth and take some X-rays. No cleaning. After meeting with the dentist I was pulled into an office and told I needed a "descaling" cleaning treatment and not a standard cleaning. This was not covered by my insurance and costs hundreds of dollars. When I explained I was not interested, I was told that the dentist would not treat me if I did not get this super-dooper cleaning because it would not be responsible. They wouldnt even give me a standard cleaning. They called me multiple times over and over for a month to try and sell me this special cleaning. They care about money, not patients.

Dr. Hair is unethical at best. I went is as a new patient and he performed a series of xrays that they said were covered by my insurance company but were not. Then he looked in my mouth for about 20 seconds and they told me I needed a "Deep Cleaning" that would cost several hundred dollars and not covered by insurance. When I declined for a second opinion he refused to do a normal cleaning and I was told that that would be worse than no cleaning at all. He did submit to my insurance company and it seems that he is just interested in padding his bills for insurance submission. At worst he is an insurance fraudster, and a shake down artist. Steer clear.

I have been a patient at Dental One for many years. We loved Dr. Shepperd. When he left we were not as happy with other dentists until now. Last month was my first visit with Dr. Hair. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. No one looks forward to a root canal, but I had great experience with Dr. Hair and his assistant. Both made me very comfortable and it was not painful at all. Nice to be able to do it at the regular office and not have to go to another location. Office is friendly and runs on time. The office is finishing a renovation and the staff is friendly. I know longer dread my routine visits!

I go to Dental One Associates of Roswell for almost 5 years. The staffs in the front desk are professional and friendly. The clinic is very clean and tidy. It is very flexible in terms of scheduling for an appointment. It is easy to re-schedule if necessary. Dr Hair is the new dentist (owner) there. So far, he has been professional and helpful to my dental needs. I expect we will do business for a long time. My dental hygenist Amy is the best. She is professional and friendly. After each cleaning, my teeth feels so clean. No complain.

My experience was just as others have described...I went in for a cleaning and was told that my teeth could not be cleaned until I received a $900 de-scaling. I was also told that all 4 of my crowns needed to replaced at a cost of $600 per crown. When I asked for the basic cleaning that I had scheduled I was told that it would be irresponsible for them to clean my teeth without doing all of these other procedures. I have never had a dental experience this disturbing. I walked out and will not return!
