I went once for my tooth bc part of a cavity fell out. I thought the front desk person was nice enough, as well as the dental asst cleaning my teeth. I have had issues with the people who handle phone calls and that is enough to take me and my son else where. We set an appt up for him to get hi teeth cheacked, and we were there early and were not seen for an hour and half, then he had to have a filling, I got an attitutde from the person setting the appt up, and then finally i set up a time that worked for us. Had the card on my friedge and everything. That week I got a phone call where they reminded me that our appt , but it was a different time then I had on my card, then they day of the appt they called again to remind of the appt at yet another time. Even later then the two other times i haddown and was called about the other day. i called an asked how this could be, and they had no answers and told me yet another time! I was soo angry I just canceled! They treated me like I was loosing it, when I had my reminder card, and messages on my voice mail to say differently... I think its shady practice to just change someones time to whenever they feel like!

Love Dr Loganathan and the few different dental assistants that served me. The front desk staff not the greatest. I had a lot of miscommunication and issues between the offices billing and my insurance. I had to pay more out of pocket than I expected and than they and my insurance quoted. I would like to stay with this doctor, but if I stay depends on the consistency of his staff. Today is my fourth visit with them.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Very nice, understanding, professional dentist that explains everything as it is happening. I would recommend Dorthy Lane Dental to anyone. My experience there was great. I will be back in the near future, as well as my family. Thank you to the sweet, caring nurse assistants, and especially to Dr. Loganathan "You Rock"

Horrible office staff that is rude, abrasive, and nasty to deal with overall. The hygienists are mostly nice, but that is the ONLY upside to this office. The dentists dont talk to you like a human being, are rude, often walk away in the middle of a consultation, and do work improperly. I wouldnt go there again if you paid me money. Ridiculous.

Wouldnt release my records according to the policy that they laid out for me explicitly over the phone THREE times, then blamed me for the "confusion", by which point they werent going to be useful... After confirming they still have the records I need from 15 months ago, they also said they would only give me the last years.

Unbelievable! I have been waiting months to get into this office for a cleaning because they cancelled my first appt. Finally 1 week before my appt. ( after making this apt in dec/14 it is now feb/15 ) they call to tell me they dont accept my insurance! Somebody is not doing their job!

Today is my 1st appt and they tell me to come early so I did got my papers filled out n waited over an hour to be called back the waiting room has been cleared 2times and they say they are waiting on a room for me wth this will be my last visit

Dorothy Lane Dental had a friendly, knowledgable staff! I had a toothache and was able to get in the same day I called even though I was a new patient. I would definitely recommend this dental office.

Stupid Dr. the worse DR in the world he put my brother in bad situation and his face and tooth became worse than before dont even try to visit this place dont ever never think to go there.

The Office manager Tammy is really rude. I am switching to a different place. She is not nice to the patients. I am not sure how they employ these kind of rude people with an attitude.
