Went and had an extraction while there I encountered a tech who continuously was laughing and being rude, I abrubtly asked that she be removed from the procedure area,,.* Patti the receptionist was by far the rudest most unprofessional office personnel Ive ever seen , where did they find this woman, shes a man hater and cannot tolerate a male not giving her attention despite the fact she looks 70 years old! the place is nasty, the staff is hateful, and the head dentist Dr. Allen looks like could care less if a patient dosent return after speaking to him about Pattis attitude...Place is horrible in every way! Stay away!!!

The office was very nasty as was the attitude of the receptionist. It is now 9:39 the office us full of people. One of the workers came out and said as soon as the Dr gets in well start rolling. Mind you Dr was due in @ 9:00. I wouldnt be here if I could go any place else but it is Saturday and this is the only place that I could find. This office is located in the middle of Cleveland Ave. had this been in another part of town this would have never happened. But this is how they do it. (Blacks) have git to get it together. Its awful what we let them do to us. 9:45 no Dr. Will I be back? Never!!!!!!!

I had work done on my teeth last week,and the service was horrid....The "technician" took smoke breaks CONSTANTLY,the place was old,and could definitely use a COMPLETE makeover...I went there because I broke my tooth,and needed a cheap quick fix,but after my experience there,I learned that a cheap QUICK FIX isnt always the best way out...Find yourself a REAL dentist,youll be better off.............5/5/2010

Id why I called ahead to make an appointment! Ive been sitting here for anow hour and I have a funeral to go to in 2 hours.....ugh I wish they would be more considerate for other peoples time! Whats the purpose of an appointment?

My expectation was to have a tooth extracted so upon having said tooth removed I was relived of my pain (thankfully). I have to say it was as pleasant an experience as having a tooth pulled can be. Kudos to the entire staff.
