BEWARE, THE BILLING STAFF IS NEW AND DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!! This dentist practice took a panoramic x-ray Dec 2013 and performed two fillings Jan, 2014. I paid my deductible and copays. (Someone called me from the dentist office after the service about a bill, but they had my name associated with the wrong address, I believe it was, Darla) At that time I voiced my concern about my name being associated with the wrong residence. Today, I spoke with a Darla about my bill, she said I had a panoramic x-ray within 5 years and didn’t explain the remaining balance. Darla stated their records did not indicate I had a panoramic view and that I am responsible for knowing what my insurance covers. (Afterwards I spoke with my dental insurance carrier and they stated that the same dental practice took panoramic views in 2011!!) I am well aware that I should know my insurance coverage, but why would the same dental practice take panoramic views again if most carriers only pay for them every 5 years?! This dentist had my records and should have known. I am livid!! MY DENTAL INSURANCE CARRIER denied the panoramic xrays because this same dental practice had taken a panoramic view in 2011 (per my dental carrier). My insurance carrier denied the fillings because this dental practice billed for fillings for the same teeth in 2011 (per my insurance carrier.) In 2011 the fillings were performed on my upper teeth. The teeth they filled this year were lower teeth!! . Also, this same practice took panoramic x-rays in 2011!!! My dental insurance carrier denied the x-rays because panoramic x-rays are only allowed every 5 years. (This same dental practice took the same xrays in 2011.) My dental carrier agreed they should have known. I am perplexed. The insurance carrier denied my fillings because their bill indicated this dental practice filled the same teeth in 2011!!!?? Again, they filled different teeth in 2011 versus 2014. Darla would not consider revisiting the bill, she was adamant that I am responsible, I should know my coverage, and they file as a courtesy. This is the standard line from people who do not know what they are doing. Apparently, the individuals who are administering the services are aware of the problems the new billing staff is creating. I am just surprised they are making they customers suffer and not correcting the problem. I am also concerned about elderly patients who are overpaying this dentist practice because they do not know or have the energy to question bills from this organization.

This is the worst dentist office i have ever had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. The receptionist here is the rudest person i have ever meet. If you have to cancel an appointment, she will treat you like you are stealing money out of her purse. There sign on the wall says 24hr notice is needed, but when i had to cancel my appointment she said that they would do it this time, but if i dont give them 48hr notice next time i will be charged. Every time i go here i have to wait an hour past my appointment time. They also filled a tooth that needed a root canal, and caused me to have sever tooth and jaw pain. They gave me 16 reg. vicodin to get me through 7 days! lol That was only enough to last for 4 days if taken as directed. When i ran out and was still in pain with 5 days to go till my appointment to have the root canal, the receptionist said that they will not give me anything else for pain and to just deal with it. After that she also told me rudely that i should just go somewhere else. This is a warning to everyone DONT GO HERE! I have watched the receptionist be rude to other patients in the waiting room as well. This place is a joke, i hope you listen to my warning, cause if not, trust me you will be sorry that you did.

I was in so much pain but they kept me relax would ask me what or if I need Ed anything Dr Rami is so awesome and Kind and so is her staff. I just Love them Everyone !!! They really do see your pain and are very sympathetic to all your needs. I made it to surgery thanks to team I was just in today Tuesday May 30th. I have been having pain on the left side where they had worked on before ~ they noticed my bite being high fixed it did X-ray it did show I probably needed a root canal. She sent me home with steroid and antibiotic scripts ~ said if no better in two weeks they would have to do the root canal . New owners/ management. Husband started going when Dr. Snyder owned it. Went recently and had a filling, had to go back because they didnt do it correctly to where he couldnt floss, there is still a sharp edge that keeps cutting his tongue, but he has decided to go elsewhere. I went around the same time, long wait, and I felt they were trying to oversell me on implant when I was there concerning a crown on a different tooth. They kept pushing it on me when I had made it clear that I was not interested. Dr was in and out without explaining much. Also signed in under new patient but they didnt have me sign any paperwork at all, let alone anything related to medical history, which I didnt care for since I am a type 1 diabetic and feel that needs to be known to any of my healthcare providers. Didnt get a good feeling in general. Seemed unorganized and overbooked. Do not recommend.

I loved the original dentist the new one not so much. Made a appointment to get a tooth pulled showed up they gave my appointment with someone with the same name because they called her instead of me with the same name. They rescheduled me for the next Friday. I told the staff over and over my fear of dentist. They gave me the laughing gas but it didnt have a good seal on the mask I kept telling the staff and dentist I wasnt getting the gas. The dentist started to pull it not going to lie I was screaming and crying and letting her know I was feeling lots of pain she started getting loud with me telling me I was scaring the other patients. My husband was in the room and was reminding her the gas was not taking effect. She got rude with him. I have found a new dentist. If you are scared of dentist Dont Go Here.

My husband and I moved with this office from their former location in Dayton because Dr. Harlan was worth it. I was even pleased with my service when Dr. Snyder took over and decided to bring my four daughters along as well. BUT this new owner Dr. Rani..... I guess after receiving such amazing dental care, we were too spoiled . I didnt get a good vibe from her instantly because, upon entering the room, she didnt smile or give us any type of welcoming ANYTHING! THEN when she was done she just walked out without saying a thing to us (my daughter was in the chair)...#rude I tried to stick it out but shes really not worth it... Guess after 13yrs its time to find a new office #shrugs
