Only go here if you cannot go anywhere else. They do not take the time to write down your return appts. on a card but always hand you a ream of paper with all appts. in any Premier Groups, is a complete large print-out of every medicine you take or were ever prescribed even if you do not take those. When calling, expect 20-40 min hold wait time, which is a big improvement over the hour it used to be. Changes dentists each year. This is a dental school so about a 1.5 -2 mos. break from Halloween or Xgiving to Xmas and New Yrs or so mid-Jan. And also no work is usually done late May to July or Aug (new crew). Whoever you are assigned for the school year is a different person each school year & plus whoever fills in when they are on assignment elsewhere, in any case, you will get a different person each year. One of the 2 cleaners (these dont change) tries to fit both big hands in your mouth & the other cleaner skips half your mouth, lies about it, like you wont notice. Plus if they think you looked at them wrong or said something they imagine, the dentist may also scratch your glasses with a drill as if you wont notice, so do not close your eyes or take those off and you hold them yourself, not them. The *worst* part, maybe, is that the supervisor dentist does not even check thier often shoddy work of the intern you will always have as standard procedure, so you have to come back for a re-do in like in a month or 6 weeks, but even that only if you speak up. So this place is only for poor people or when you need something no other place can do or dont have the equipment to do. Better bet to go out of town than here. They answer to no one, mean no one. They are, some of them, incompetents with delusions of being little gods. Watch them like you are a hawk if you do have to go here. Demand a supervisor come in the room when you suspect foul play. Thay SAY they stand behind their work but how many half years later of big slices of your life must you have to wait for each problem accident they botched for them to go back and fix? Want to look like a scarecrow smiling? Go here. And they dont redo work done elsewhere. And they do not take the insurance most old people have. But wont call you back for like 2 months to tell you.Now it changed name, it no longer answers to patient relations dept. or part of hospital either. Is why no one checks the work of the student interns. Yes, you too can be their 1st Guinea pig.Complain? They do not care. Plenty more suckers out there.Good parts? The wait time is not too bad. Also they no longer take walk ins from random people, you must be a full time Guinea pig going there only. More bad is that they are supposed to schedule more work that was ordered and they never do.Sometimes it never even gets written in your records. Be prepared. They run out of soap sometimes and no cold water just hot so you often burn your hands. Specialists come here once or twice a month i guess as a tax write off and they do good work though. Sadly the billing person will give wrong info and even when you call to ask what insurance or pay plans credit.

If there was a "zero", I would emphatically rate this place a ZERO!!! Other people have said to ONLY go here if you cant get in anyplace else. I whole heartedly agree! Since my first appt back in April 2017, Ive had an injury to my left mandible, which was painful as hell. Ive had a GI bleed from taking so much ibuprofen and tylenol, even after, I expressed adamantly that I cannot take NSAIDS! They said other patients say that but take them with yogurt or something. I did as they said, with NO RELIEF, whatsoever! I had to beg pretty much for them to give me a rx for Lortab to help with the pain of the dental work, and the injury they caused, in which I was given 10 pills. Spent three days in Kettering hospital due to that GI bleed (caused by the ibuprofen) ! Next comes the right side of dental work, cut out 4 teeth, pulled 2. My wisdom teeth were up in my sinus cavity. So that was 6 teeth taken that day to which I was given 10 Lortab. Really? Went back in with Extreme swelling and jaw pain., AGAIN!!! They caused ANOTHER injury to my right jaw bone, just like they did on my left! Just so anyone asks, they NEVER admitted to ANY of my injuries or to my blood loss due to my GI bleed! I asked for some more Lortab to help with the excision pain of SIX teeth, to which I was told no again. Got in a heated debate with the resident, who said that I had rxs for my pain, and I was just searching for more. Wrong!! I had to go to the ER and to my family Dr. to get help, because my SO. CALLED dentist office would not address my pain, jaw injuries, or GI bleed issues!! So, yes, I did have rxs, from other hospital and my Dr. Its dental practices like this place, that would cause people to hit the streets for pain meds, or shoot heroin to ease the pain!!!! Youre a sad group of unprofessional, un-empathetic, wanna be dentists who give a s**t less about their patients pain, injuries and GI bleed that YOU CAUSED!!!!! I wouldnt take a mangy dog off the street who had to have help with its teeth to your dentist office to save its life. I would have it put down first, because if I didnt, it would die from infection or injury caused by neglect by your office. You are all a disgrace. Close your office down now and save someone else the pain and misery you put people through.
