The staff is unethical & rude especially the receptionist and the hygienist Lana (the woman in the profile picture in fb). The staff doesnt respect each other, last week Inga looked at me and rolled her eyes and mouthed "stupid" about one of the assistants. They refuse to let the parent in while examing their child so they can be mean to them. I have heard them tell children to shut up and be good or shush nows not the time for questions, & put your hands down youre making it complicated from Dr Hisan, including my own when they thought I wasnt around. If you complain their reply is "What ever." Or they deny saying it & say you must have heard me wrong I didnt say that. My son was seen today & raised his hand as instructed to let the dentist know it hurt, Dr Hisan pushed his hand down and said "Stop, be a good boy, were almost done." When my son started to cry and have an anxiety attack Dr Hisan told him " be quiet your going to scare the other kids." Then he insisted on pulling a tooth that need a filling. He said we waited to long to get it filled when what happened is their office scheduled his appointment 11 & 1/2 weeks after his cleaning. I think they push out Patients appts so more damage will be done & they can get more $ for more expensive procedures that could have been avoided it they filled the tooth 11 weeks earlier. I have lost 2 teeth because of this office & their insuffiecent treatment. I needed 2 root canals, but they said I needed 1 & 1 filling. I got the root canal and temporary filling& they scheduled my appt for the permanent filling 4 weeks out. My tooth broke 2 1/2 weeks after. They made a fake 1/2 tooth it seperated & my tooth decayed & it was extracted. The other that was filled got a root canal 3 months later because I had to stay on antibiotics for the abscess & if I was off 1 day it became abscessed again. 2 months later I was in pain again & they said my root canal failed because I waited to long (their usual statement)& the root clacified, another extraction. They also told me they will not give a new orthodontist my daughters records even though shes only had braces 4 days. My insurance is going to force them to share the records. HORRIBLE PLACE UNETHICAL, INCOMPASSIONATE, RUDE STAFF. Im also sure they are committing insurance fraud with their insuffiecent treatment. I filed a complaint with my insurance today over their business practices and i urge others to do so also. I have worked Im healthcare for 20 yrs and they need to lose their license to practice. 9/14/16 They have removed the review option from their Facebook page since I posted the same thing i posted 2 days ago. Also yesterday my 17 yr old was seen, because her appt was 12 weeks post cleaning for fillings and waiting until Dec for a new dentist to fill them is too long. She waited in the waiting room over an hour, then waited in the back for 40 mins before someone even spoke to her. They put the oragel in for 20 mins then numbed her with Novacain, then let her sit for over an hour. Im that hour they gossips about an up coming office party, text on their phones (including Dr Hisan), drank coffee, and cleaned up for the party because Dr Hasan told them to because his family was coming. Then he drilled her teeth. She raised her hand and Dr. Hasan said "That doesnt hurt, stop." She said urs it does and began to cry. He then said, "Its not that bad." Continued to drill, then left her to sit for another hour before Lana filled her teeth. I filed another complaint with my insurance. The insurance approved a new General dentist and orthodontist to take over my 14 yr old 5 day old braces, including having Dr. Hisans braces removed & the new dentist putting his brand on. Also my son was seen by a new dentist today he said the tooth is loose & has been for a while & doesnt understand why Dr Hisan wanted to fill or pull it (INSURANCE FRAUD!!) Dr Hasan is also the ortho dentist at Klermont for Kids FYI.

the staff was very un-personable, my experience was very unpleasant and I felt very stressed and uncomfortable the whole time. My appointment was booked for 11, I didnt get in the chair until 12:15 and my cleaning lasted no more than 10 minutes, in which I didnt receive the full extent of what I normally receive for cleaning. (They scraped my gums, brushed them in a minute, and flossed, something I could have done myself). The rest of my time, until 12:50 was spent waiting for the doctor to come answer my questions, which, never got answered. The staff was all over the place, I worked with about 5 different people and wasnt even sure who was doing what to my teeth. Of the 5 people that I came into contact with, only one took the time to ask me if anything was wrong. The doctor also seemed very uninterested in my questions and concerns and failed to answer questions about a fracture in my teeth, (this question was asked to three separate people, all of which told me that they would take a look at it). I didnt get any answers on why my teeth are becoming more crooked, the lady just told me that they doctor gets furious when patients blame crooked teeth on wisdom teeth. Also, another thing I didnt receive answers on, were my wisdom teeth. When I asked about getting them removed, they just told me that if there is no pain, there is no problem. However, a dentist 2 years back told me I needed them removed immediately, I asked them why this may be, but still my only reply was, "if there is no pain, there is no problem." My teeth definitely do not feel clean and my experience to say the least was horrifying and I will not be going back. If I could give this place a -1 star rating, I would.

I havent been to the dentist in a few years and my wisdom teeth were coming in and I was in the worst pain. Thats when I found Amazing Smiles and my experience was horrible. The women in the front were very nice, they helped me get an appointment right away. I left work early to get there a little before to fill out paperwork and everything was going okay. After sitting in a very uncomfortable dentist chair for three hours in awful pain (two of the hours spent asleep in the chair), the male doctor (didnt even introduce himself), poked at my teeth for five minutes and said I needed them extracted. (DUH) As I explained to him how it hurt really bad he told me it wasnt infected even though it was sore and inflamed. He was very rude telling me its because I smoke cigarettes and gave me a lesson on how they are bad and put toxins into your body. I shrugged it off because I am not ignorant by all means and I know smoking doesnt help, but I am an adult and I thought it was very judgmental and rude. Then I asked if I could receive anything for the pain, and he said "Well Im not going to give you any strong narcotics" (like I am some type of drug addict because my wisdom teeth are infected) So finally he gives me Tylenol 3s, which was just fine. I was just very unsatisfied with the service of this dental office and would not recommend it to anyone. The only funny thing about the experience was the picture in the lobby that is a needle in a haystack and says something like "it takes months to find patients...etc." Just found that a little symbolic. As you can tell I am finding a new Dentist.
