Was somewhat terrified about possible pain during my first of two deep planing/cleaning procedures. Past experience with novacaine told me that I would need a lot of it. Everybody listened and assured me that I would receive as much as needed, before they proceeded. There was some mild pain, but nothing like I was expecting. I requested after care instructions in writing and got it. I asked a lot of questions and they were answered to my satisfaction. While Im honestly not looking forward to my next appointment (who really wants to spend two hours in a dentist chair?), Im certainly not terrified anymore. Glad I still have all my teeth, and Bell Dental seems committed to helping me keep them and is currently customizing a plan to improve the appearance of my (night grinding and wear and tear) smile. A less caring and less ethical practice might be able to produce faster results, but I want the job done right...and Bell seems committed to the highest standard. We shall see!

When you hear people say theyre scared of the dentist, sometimes people say it as a general discomfort fear. When I say im scared of the dentist, its a true phobia that often brings me to tears. Ive let me teeth literally rot in fear of going to the dentist. When a toothache finally forced me to choose somewhere to go, I heard such good things about Bell Dental group. Their staff is so kind and sweet, and very patient with me and my anxiety. Dr. David Bell is such a patient and knowledgeable guy, and gives you the care you need like you were family. I feel more relaxed in the chair at Bell Dental than I have anywhere else. I think Im finally ready to get ahold of my fears and let Dr. Bell finally fix my mouth. The whole experience is very pleasant. Oh- if that wasnt enough good things to say- I drive an hour from Dayton just because they make me feel so comfortable. I refuse to go anywhere else.

I had been seeing another dentist for about 10 yrs. I was extremely unhappy with their work, their prices and most importantly their unwillingness to work with you on payment options. I was told about Dr. David at Bell Dental & Im SO glad that I went there!! From the moment I walked in everyone was friendly & helpful. Dr David was very honest & thorough. I actually have a slight fear of dentists but Dr. David went above & beyond to make every step comfortable. I have so much repair work to be done & it will take many visits to correct. Needless to say its going to be a large bill, but not as large as it would be at the other dentist, AND they are willing to work with me on a payment plan. They understand that a lot of people forgo treatment due to cost but they are truly concerned with you having a healthy mouth. I cant recommend Dr. David & Bell Dental enough!!!!!!!

Dr. Bell did an awful job. I was told that my existing fillings needed to be redone. Unfortunately I went ahead with this and my fillings...that I was doing fine with, turned into much bigger fillings that will most likely need crowns. Worst of all, I went to my original dentist and shared my experience. He pulled out before and after X-rays and was pretty shocked at how my small fillings had been turned into much bigger fillings. My teeth hurt all the time now and are super sensitive after I got the work done....and regret it every day. its too late for me, but others should seek a second opinion before getting any work done here.

I had a great experience at Bell. A day or two before my first appointment, Dr. Chuck called to learn a bit more about my dental history and invited me to the practice. When I went in the office, I was extremely impressed with the facilities. They are new, clean and bright. I came in contact with 5 or so employees and all were extremely friendly. My hygienist was great and very friendly. Dr. Chuck made me feel comfortable and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Following my first appointment, Dr. Chuck sent a handwritten note thanking me for stopping in! The whole experience has been wonderful and I am happy I selected Bell.

Friendly dental practice with great staff. Dr. Chuck and Casey are very professional and make going to the dentist a pleasant experience every time. Bell is also great at paying attention to little details, from letting you pick out which color toothbrush you want to covering the lights with sky overlays so you feel like youre reclining outside at a park rather than sitting in a dentist office. Theyve also been great with my children. The only downside is that they have been out of network for me for the past several years, but its worth a few dollars here and there to have a dentist I like.

Before going, I was a little nervous. I have never liked my smile and I never hardly leave my town that I live in. The receptionist made it so easy to find and gave perfect directions on how to get to the office! That was the first great surprise. Once I got there, the staff was very friendly and answered every question I could think of asking. Bobbie was very gentle at making the molds and Dr. Dave was informative and made me feel at ease. They were all friendly and I cant wait to be able to get my invisalign! I plan on being a patient for as long as they are at Bell Dental Group!

I cant say enough great things about Bell Dental Group! Ive been going there for years and the staff has always been amazing to work with. Recently, I called Dr. Chuck and asked him advice about my daughter who sees a pediatric dentist. Her dentist wanted to extract her tooth and I was unsure if it was unnecessary. Dr. Chuck took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel confident about the decision I made. Also, Dr. Chuck still gave me the free whitening when I went in for my cleaning this week even though I finished my Invisalign this past fall.

This practice has got it going on! After graduating college I ended up staying in Cincinnati and needed to find a local dentist. After scouring reviews and doing a bit of research, I landed on Bell Dental Group and I am so glad I did. Appointments are always on time, the cleanings and procedures are thorough, and most of all, the staff is incredible! You will be impressed by how professional this practice is while also keeping things light, upbeat, and personal. I would (and already have) recommend this practice to anyone.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was with Sallie (hygenist) for most of my first visit and she was amazing, very informative, judgement free, and was gentle the entire time. Dr. Dave only spoke with me for a few short minutes but he was just as friendly and informative. Chelsey was also great explaining everything with insurance and billing. A bonus is the referral program they offer - I received 100 $ off my first visit for being recommend from a friend! I would HIGHLY recommend this dental office to anyone.

I always have an amazing experience when I come to Bell Dental Group. For starters, the facility is absolutely beautiful. Secondly, the staff is kind, patient and accommodating. Third and most importantly, my teeth look and feel amazing as a result of them sharing their gift of dentistry with me. They are very thorough in terms of their approach to dental care.
