I adopted a rescue dog from Franklin County Dog Shelter in October 2016. Our dog had a severe yeast infection of his skin that was going to need months of treatment. We saw Dr. Huter who was absolutely amazing. She would come in and play and love all over him. She is gentle, loving, and so kind. Well, yesterday we took him into Berwick because he had been sick all weekend and found out that we needed to put him down. Dr. Huter and her team do not take this lightly and I know they wouldnt have told me to do so if they didnt think it was necessary. They informed me and my husband that his red blood cells were very low and his body was not making more. His lungs and abdomen were also filling with fluid which was making it difficult for him to breathe. While we were in the room, he lost control of his bladder and went #2 in the vet room. Dr. Huter never thought twice and cleaned it up right there. We decided to go ahead and put him down, and Dr. Huter gave us an hour with him to say our goodbyes. I dont know any other vet that would let us spend that amount of time in there. We put him under and although it was the hardest decision of our lives, I wouldnt have wanted to do it any place else. Dr. Huter and Dr. Bando are absolutely amazing. If youre looking for a loving place who truly cares about your pet, you have to come here. I would recommend highly to anyone.

Ive known Dr Bando and his staff for years, and have worked with them through rescue and with my own pets... theyre simply the most compassionate and kind people one could hope to work with in what we all know can be very stressful situations. I cant recommend them enough. Now Dr Huta is right there to help carry on the tradition of being wonderful in the world of veterinary medicine. Brought my cat in for a bloody nose, I was very concerned about him and the staff at Burwick made me feel like he was in good hands. They were very gentle with him and did not try to up-sell any services he didnt need. They saw him very quickly and immediately examined him and asked good key questions, and answered all of mine thoroughly. They explained the problem and gave him a quick and painless treatment. I will be bringing all of my animals to this clinic from now on.

All staff at Berwick have been amazing. We have a husky that is considered "vicious" by other vets due to his growling. They let me know that they handle dogs like him all the time. They were amazing. My dog is now able to be boarded and plays with the staff. Had to call the office to see about a dosage of anxiety medicine for my husky and had an actual vet call me back. I will only bring my dogs here from now on and its a 25 minute drive. Thanks Tammy, Mike and Dr. Bando!

Weve been taking our dogs to Berwick Animal Clinic for 5 years now. We couldnt be happier with Dr Bando and the staff. He is a very kind and compassionate vet. He doesnt recommend unnecessary procedures like other vets we have seen in the past. The prices are very fair and reasonable. And their hours are convenient for those who work day jobs. We have only had positive experiences at Berwick.

Dr. Kidd is great. Shes on top of her game and the preferred vet when I am here. Her partner, I forget his name, too easily dismissed things like sudden vomiting and hearing loss the last time I was there, though he was willing to listen and take his time with us. For my money, there is no better clinic on the East side.

This clinic is amazing! Dr. Huter was so great in explaining the issues with my dog. Never rushed and was completely patient with all my questions. Additionally, I had a late appointment time and I barely waited at all. Top it off with a bill that was WELL below what I was expecting. Outstanding. Highly, highly recommend!!
