I dont handle pain well so for me to have left the office, after already waiting for almost 2 hours to be actually examined by the dentist, must tell you something. I went to their office because it was open on Sunday and they were supposed to be Urgent Care. I dont know if the people that were seen before me yet arrived after me had appointments, I dont care. What I care is that the doctor told me this is what we have to do today to stop your pain, instead, she told me that someone was going to come and tell me what my insurance will pay for to see what she can do. I WAS IN A LOT OF PAIN! Another 15 minutes past after that, I go to the reception to talk to my family and tell them what is going on and just then the jerk who was supposed to help me gets the hint that I am about to leave and tells me that she is going to give the info. Then she starts with her sales pitch... ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!! anyway. Dont go there.

I came in on New Years Eve to have my broken upper wisdom tooth pulled. From calling to make the appointment, down to the actual procedure, I received excellent care. I have a dentist at OSU and am used to long appointments and after coming here and being in and out within an hour I was highly impressed! Morgan is an excellent dental assistant and had me laughing before we even started the procedure. I cant remember the dentist who helped me, but she was SO quick and I was surprised when she said we were done!! Thank you so much for helping me get out of pain, and for having office hours on New Years Eve was so great. I will be coming here again when I need emergency help. FYI: If you can, make an appointment and you will be seen quickly. I know tooth pain doesnt like to let you know in advance but I think its faster to be seen when you have an appointment versus a walk in.

Negative: Not reliable. Did not respect my time. Not adaptable to individual complaints-- all patients have to go through their entire revenue-generating process (mandatory x-ray) Positive: Reception ladies very friendly and pleasant. After making an appointment, showing up at my appointment time and waiting for 65 minutes I left without being seem. I did not want to leave because I am having tooth/gum pain. At the 65 minute mark, the very nice ladies at the reception desk could not tell me how soon I would be seen and how fast I could get through their process which included a mandatory x-ray which I did not want or need (having seen my dentist recently but then she went out of town). I will not try this company again.

Do not go here ever!!!! Not even if your life depended on it the dentist Natalia is the rudest most disrespectful, Condicending person I have ever met so unbelievably unprofessional she spoke to me in a way I have never been spoken to in my life she needs her license revoked she called me reatarted and I am by no means mentally challenged she said my kind wouldnt be able to afford what I need done so I need to pull them could afford it but she will never get my business after about 20 mins of her putting me down I burst into tears and then she yells at me for crying so I got up and walked out!! I repeat unless you want to leave crying DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!

Do not ever go here. I dont care whats wrong with you, youre better off to wait for an appointment at your regular dentist. The dentist here hardly knew English, did not introduce himself, did not explain what he was doing and instead of extracting my teeth he drilled them into pieces and dug them out with tools. He is not an oral surgeon and he destroyed my mouth and gums. Its been four hours and I havent stopped bleeding and my whole face is swollen. I had abscesses in both teeth that were removed and I wish I wouldve kept them instead of ever stepping foot in this place.

When you know your going to a dentist office or for any office at that matter you know theres going to be a wait , as long as you are taken care of when your wait is up thats all that matters, and I was surely taken care of , I was in extreme pain , I needed multiple things done and I needed it done that day. And it wasnt a problem for the staff the Dr was amazing and gentle as well as the assistant . The office staff was very pleasant and kind and worked with me on what they thought was best for me not what was getting them the most money. I highly recommend this office .

Not only was this the rudest experience my wife ever had I wouldnt recommend this place to a sewer rat. The "supposedly" dentist was the rudest most disrespectful man Ive ever seen in my life. He did a root canal on my wife ,destroyed her mouth to where she couldnt even eat , and then wrote out a prescription that he WOULD NOT SIGN for my wife to get filled for her pain. I cannot believe there is a place like this that is even in operation. Its like a chop shop for teeth. Im wondering if he is even liscenced for denistry. CAUSE HE SUCKS ....DO NOT TAKE ANYONE HERE

I came in on a Sat morning in pain and needing help. Arrived at 9am and everyone was helpful, pleasant and didnt make me feel bad for neglect ing the problem the lead to this. I received the care I needed, which was quite extensive and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Everyone was pleasant and very professional. They explained my options and I helped me though a difficult time. Thank you to everyone that worked with me. I called with a question that afternoon and the person on the phone was also calming and answered my question. Thank you to all!!!

Well my experience was just a phone call, Im in serious pain and need a tooth pulled that is breaking apart so I called to see if they take my insurance, I pushed the option for billing and as you can see above it says they are open until 9... Well the woman was rude, couldnt even answer if they took my insurance which is a very common insurance, she kept trying to push me off to leave a message after I said no thanks that I didnt want to leave a message.... seemed pretty unprofessional and uneducated phone staff to say the least.

I went to this location on a Sunday morning as soon as they opened. I had a terrible toothache the previous night from a chipped tooth. The staff was friendly, nice and accommodating. James is the man. He was very pleasant and nice. They pulled my wisdom tooth and my molar that was chipped. They actual charged my less than I was quoted because they came out a lot easier than they thought. My advice would be to go as soon as they open. There was no wait time. Thanks again. I feel 100 percent better.

This place is horrible I had appointment which I waited nearly two hours before going back and in the waiting room was two other people waiting longer one of which was saying they messed her tooth up I should have left then. When I finally seen the dentist she just rush look in my mouth ask for the money gave me false info and billed my insurance incorrectly now they dont want to answer I left several messages still nothing. Never go here they may be pulling a tooth that only needs a filling.
