I have been going to falls family practice for over 15 years. I was going there back when Doctor French was there and then she moved to a private practice. I followed her as well. During the time I have been there I have had some bad experiences however it does not stop me for giving this practice a 5 star. When Doctor French became ill and stopped her practice, I went back to FFP I started seeing different doctors within the clinic so that I could find a good Doctor for me and my children. There are some Doctors there that I do not like there bed-side manner or as a Doctor however I did find a very good Doctor. Doctor Kohara is the best, he really cares about his patients and takes the time to explain and understand their needs. As many know that insurance companies have been able to make many changes to the type of health care and prescriptions one may need. Doctor Kohara is always well informed on these changes. Some issues are not always the doctors fault. It is the changes and guidelines that they must follow. If you are looking for a doctor I would recommend Doctor Kohara. FYI if you are looking for monthly appointments, I would suggest to make appointments when you leave the doctors office because he is booked most of the time. This will ensure that you are seen and have the option to cancel if you do not need to see him the following month.

Dr. Wilson is a terrible, unethical excuse for a doctor. He coaxed me into believing that it was a new Ohio law to get a drug screening before refilling a prescription. Trusting him, I agreed. A month later, I received a bill in the mail for $1,800, because he sent my sample to a facility that was not covered by my insurance. Had I known the price, I would have refused. Who in their right mind would agree to a almost $2,000 drug test? Apparently, because I am young and not even that young 32yrs old) I am just out to get pills. I called the office and they told me that they will not be reimbursing me and that I am responsible for that charge. Even though he requested that I take it. I will be taking this to court and am getting everything sorted now. Luckily my brother-in-law is a lawyer, or it wouldnt even have been worth hiring one, and Dr. Wilson would have gotten away with robbing me. I just cant believe a doctor who is supposed to help people, would do something like this. Mind Boggling. Do not go to this "man."

The Doctors here are absolutely amazing, especially the Laszlo brothers and Dr. Kohara!! The office is clean and very accommodating to people with disabilities and those who use service animals. The nurses are friendly and understanding and even the billing department is awesome!! Keep up the exceptional work guys and gals. To everyone who has or had a problem, I can almost guarantee that it WASNT the doctors/practice but the person who was there and was giving the staff or billing department a hard time! Im sad that they are now part of the Cleveland Clinic, but I understand that Huge is ready to retire and this was the best option for everyone who works there to ensure the security of their jobs; however, I truly dislike the protocol of the Cleveland Clinic and I really hope it doesnt interfere with my favorite doctors because I dont want to have to change my doctor again as I have been a patient of Falls Family Practice for almost 20 years now!!

Staff was courteous, friendly, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Had a great experience as a first time patient. I easily got an appointment, I was listened to by the staff and was taken care of. During my appointment I still met staff that were very friendly and helpful. I went to see Dr. Sassano and I am very happy I did. I was looking for someone to be my main doctor, and I am happy I did my research and found him. Great guy, excellent and impressive credentials. He was very attentive, he listened, and I could tell why everyone loves him, he most definitely cares about his patients. Offices were clean, comfortable and welcoming. The lab staff were perhaps the least friendly yet they were still professional and efficient. I am grateful I found Dr. Sassano and his office. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient here for over 10 years and will NEVER go back here again. I was bringing my daughter in for a scheduled appointment and we got stuck in traffic and were 6 minutes late. when I got to the office they REFUSED to see my daughter because we were late. All we were going in for was a prescription refill and the nurse went back to ask the doctor again and he said sorry I am busy and I refuse to see you. I have NEVER been late to an appointment before and I can tell you on several occasions they were late to see me but I am 6 minutes late and you turn a sick kid away??? Awful service!! I am having all of our records transferred and finding a new doctor.

I cannot say enough about Falls Family Practice. They get you in quick when you need a last minute appointment, which is critical with kids. I have never waited more than 10 minutes past my appointment time to be called in, and it is usually faster than that. The office staff are friendly and efficient, and there are enough of them to do the job adequately. The doctors are phenomenal - have not been to all of them yet, but to most. I have been going here for close to 10 years, and have recommended them to several people. Wonderful practice!

ive gone here ever since i was a kid and i could not have had a greater experience at a doctors office. my physician is mclaughlin and he is absoluetly wonderful, it isnt a quick in and out when i see him he actually tells me whats wrong and explains it to make sure i understand, always makes sure i dont leave without any unanswered questions and even share stories of his personal life or just interesting facts. i would highly recommend falls family practice for everyone

We left our previous pediatrician because they refused to help our son until we got an autism diagnosis. That diagnosis takes months. Dr. Daniel Laszlo has been outstanding, his brother as well. Dr. Laszlo has given us so many referalls that our son was able to get occupational therapy and speech therapy all summer. Its made a world of difference. Our son is better off with this office than he ever would have been had we stayed with our former pediatrician.
