NEVER able to make a same-day sick appointment, even if I called first thing in the morning. They tell me to visit an urgent care 15 min away. What is the point of having a family doctor if I can never see them when I am sick? They young lady thar handles the front desk and appointments is so condescending and unpleasant to deal with. She is 90% of the reason I am leaving this practice. She is rude to everyone that comes to her window. She makes fun of people after they leave to the other receptionist when they walk away....within earshot of patients in the waiting room. I have heard it twice. I chose this practice because it was close to home and my pharmacy. But that convenience is no longer worth it. I brought this to the attention of my doctor at my last visit. She was very apologetic and said she would have to office manager call to discuss my concerns. That never happened. It should come as no surprise that I am leaving.

Ive been seeing Dr. Pandya for over a year and a half now and I couldnt be happier. He has addressed any issue that I have had and has assisted with any ailments or checkups that Ive ran into. Have recommended to my wife and would happily recommend to anyone else.
