5 years ago I thought they were going down hill when I had a tech miss my spinal cord for an epidural 6 times before finally getting it the 7th time. While the nurses in maternity were awesome and very helpful that tech is my biggest memory of giving Birth to my son. Then they struggled to diagnose my father with a stomach problem that almost killed him. But now Im fed up, I have never misused drugs in my life in fact most of my painkillers expire with more than half the pills still in the bottle most times, like when I had my child, so when I went there a while back k and was treated like a drug user looking for relief from a three day migraine I was furious. Not to mention they never sent me a $1000 bill, i only find out about it when collections mails me so i didnt have time to apply for financial aid. A month ago i had to go in, i had a double ear infection, the doctor acted like he would much rather be somewhere else. And now I found out last night my brother went there in extreme pain and after letting him sit in the waiting room for hours they took him back and didnt help him. Treating him like an addict and saying all they will do is a urine test. No scans, nothing to find out why he can barely walk?? This emergency room is a joke. Go somewhere where the doctors actually care about helping people instead of assuming you are on drugs.

Best Emergency Room experience. Thankfully when I came in at 5pm on a Thursday I was the only one in the waiting room (I was told they get busier at night). I sat for 5 minutes, then was brought back, apparently they were more concerned with my symptoms than OSU was, given that I had given birth a month before, which didnt seem to matter to OSU, which is actually where I had given birth. Dublin listened to my problems, discussed in a timely manner and actually seemed concerned with my pain. Within 3 hours total I was in a room, given what I needed for my medical issue including an IV with antibiotics as well as nausea medication and pain medication for my headache and had blood drawn. I was also given results of my blood screening before I left. Sometimes they are busy late at night and it isnt worth the wait (came about 2 years ago and that was the case but I was told they are a night time ER, therefore they get busier at night) but when I was told how serious my issue was, and after being ignored at OSU and told Id have to wait 5 hours, I am glad I went to Dublin. Every person I met was courteous and made me feel like they actually cared. Now I am home and feeling much better and glad to know they were able to quickly asses my medical issue and give me a solution

My 89 year old father was admitted to Dublin Methodist Hospital on a Friday afternoon (hes been there several times for infections and dehydration). There are three of us siblings who live in Columbus and the hospital has been given our names and phone numbers on more than one occasion. My dad developed supraventricular tachycardia sometime very late that Friday night or early Saturday morning and no one notified us that he was transferred to Mt. Carmel East Hospital to their heart center. None of us received a phone call until Sunday morning and that was only because Mt. Carmel East found contact information from a hospitalization dad had 2 yrs ago. They told us Dublin Methodist did not transfer any contact information. My brother had called Dublin Methodist that Sunday before arriving at Mt. Carmel east because he just couldnt believe dad had been transferred without any of us knowing. All that Dublin Methodist could tell him was that dad was not there; they didnt know where he had been transferred. This entire mess with Dublin Methodist has been a nightmare and I will think twice before allowing any of my family members to go there.

My wife and I had our first baby at Dublin Methodist Hospital last week. The hospital was VERY nice. It was clean, extremely quiet, and felt as homey as you can make a hospital feel. The private rooms, warm lighting and colors made you feel as though you were in a hotel rather than a hospital. The caretakers, though, were exceptional. I cant say enough about them. They exceeded our expectations. The nurses in both Labor and Delivery as well as Postpartum went above and beyond to make my wife as comfortable as possible. They were compassionate, genuine, and were more than happy to help when we needed assistance or had a question. The nurses worked as though they truly enjoyed their job and humbly took pride in taking care of their patients. Every time a nurse would visit they would ask if we needed anything, would replenish my wifes ice water, and would strive to make our stay as comfortable as possible. During the course of our stay we encountered many nurses and caretakers, and we loved every single one of them. I would be surprised if there is another crew out there that even compares. Superb choice!!!!!

Several of my family members have been treated for various reasons at Dublin Methodist Hospital. Myself, my mother, father, and grandmother. All with different ailments and needs. We all agree that this is by far the best hospital in our area. In fact, the best hospital we have ever been to and we have lived in Utah and Colorado as well. The building is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and modern. All of the staff has been wonderful! So friendly, concerned, considerate, and compassionate. One of the most impressive things about this hospital is the very minimal wait times. They get you in so fast! It is amazing! I have been to all the other hospitals in the area for various reasons and the wait times have been hours. My grandma is there now. I had to take her to the ER yesterday. I drove her all the way there from Pickerington because no other hospital offers that quality of service. Good job guys! Keep up the excellent work! We really appreciate it!

My fiance and I have been here twice in the past three days and, despite the PA who thought we were uneducated, the staff has been absolutely phenomenal. They seem to care about their patients needs and take extra care to make sure that they have everything they need. Its a new hospital, and moving up here only six months ago, it is nice to know that theres a hospital I know I can rely on. We havent really neede to wait an unbearable amount of time on either of our visits either; Ive seen reviews of people complaining about that and the time of day, season, and weather all attribute to waiting times. We came at 5:00 p.m. on a Sunday, and now at 1:30 p.m. on a Tuesday and got back within twenty minutes on both occasions. Overall, this hopsital has been great to us! A special thanks to Dr. Cilio? And PA-C Dinallo for showing that extra bit of care ❤

Awful. Ill admit the first time my mom went to the ER here they were so nice and caring but she had to go back and they were just awful to her. Sobbing in pain and they couldnt care less. Her surgeon legitimately told her to look up her symptoms on the internet because he wasnt familiar with her condition. Wouldnt answer any of her questions just told her to follow up with her family doctor. Waited an hour for help to get to the bathroom because the call button wasnt plugged in right (which is why I stayed the night with her, no way was I trusting them with overnight care after that) she had multiple nurses and not a single one of them was nice, some were down right cruel. God forbid if we EVER have to go back I am recording everything.
