My boyfriend was referred to Madison Health due to a workplace injury at FedEx freight. Long story short after 3 ER visits and a follow up visit with Occupational Health and their doctors he was told to go home, exercise his arm, take ibuprofen, ice and heat. They told him they could not do an MRI due to Workers Comp. Well here I sit at Riverside Hospital (we should have came here in the FIRST PLACE!!!!) and the doctor came running in and said the MRI that he ordered showed his arm is broke and the swollen part (they said was a inflamed rotator cuff) is actually blood leaking. AWESOME JOB MADISON HEALTH he could have ended up dead!!!! THANK YOU WHOLE HEARTEDLY TO RIVERSIDE HOSPITAL FOR TAKING HIS PAIN INTO CONSIDERATION!!!! You may have saved his life!

Worst visit of my life. Treated like trash. Right in the middle of my visit, the doctor decided i was ok and stopped and discharged me. All I said was I have a couple more questions for the doctor after the nurse came to discharge me, and 2 nurses came in and said he isnt coming back. Youre situation is non emergent and hes finished. Wow. What happened to health care treating everyone equally. Stay away from this place they treat people like crap. If youre on drugs you might get somewhere.

This is the WORST hospital around. My brother went in for his arm hurting so bad he was crying and they stereotyped him cause he had tattoos and basically said he was a drug abuser. Take some Ibuprofen and excise it. Haha such a joke. After 4 weeks of horrible pain he went to riverside where they performed a MRI finding out his arm was broke and he was bleeding inside. My brother could of died. This hospital is TERRIBLE!!!!!!

I went to the emergency room with strong abdominal pains, They diagnosed me with a ruptured appendix, Got me in surgery and removed the appendix and the infection, Surgeon said I the appendix had ruptured days before and I was full of infection. After checking with my personal physician I learned they actually saved my life by acting quickly !! Everyone was great !

Its the 2nd time I have went there for testing only to sit and wait. If the lab and xray techs did half as much work as they do sitting there yapping, they might not have so many ticked off patients who give them a bad rating. If you want fast, reliable, and kind service go elsewhere. Cause you wont find it at Madison county hospital.

Both of my parents have been seen in the ER and were treated with great care and professionalism by doctors and nurses. Our wait time to see the doc was minimal-and yes, they were busy. The aid was extremely helpful as well.

Terrible! Panic attack turned into a 4 hour ordeal full of xrays, blood tests and psych eval. Find a real hospital!

Dont go there. The place is filthy. I had knee surgery there and ended up with a horrible infection.
