I am usually not one to nit pick or be negative, but we just had our dog put down and cremated with this place. When we got the ashes back, the serial number on the tin and the serial number on the ziplock baggie the ashes were in did not match. When we called to find out what the heck was going on and asked what crematorium they used, they would not give us the name of it, just that it was out of Columbus. Very very upset. We had heard negative things about this place before, but our 18 year old dog was in pain and it was the only place open on a saturday when we had to put her down. The people and the doctor there was very nice, but this kind of service is unacceptable

Youll not find a more caring group of veterinarians and staff members than at Town and Country Vet Clinic. Weve been taking our dogs and cats to the practice for more than 10 years and were always pleased with the care our animals receive. The staff is flexible and able to find room for an appointment for us at a moments notice. The veterinarians are knowledgeable and they help provide information to make good decisions for your pet. I wouldnt take my pets anywhere else.

These folks dont have the conscience to admit when they are wrong. If you point out to them any error they have made they will respond by attacking you and questioning the quality of care you give your pet

Have been taking pets here for quite some time. Always able to get in within a reasonable amount of time and staff has always been professional in appearance and actions.
