I have a 5 yr old Boxer who has been going to Fox Veterinary since she was 6 weeks old, About a week ago I noticed a lump on the back of her, I called Monday to see if I could get her in and explained to them I had no cash but I could do a post dated check for 6-13-14 and was told no Cash or Credit Card only. Well I found another Vet (Lorain Animal Clinic) they seen her and let me post date a check. Well come to find out she had a Tumor & required surgery that was also Cancer!!! On 2-18-2014 I took her to Fox for a wellness check and stated to them she limps toward the back of her quarters.. They stated to me she was over weight!! Well guess what It Was the Tumor that they neglected to find!! I called back to tell them & Carol didnt care to hear and you could her it in her voice!! Never I am sorry Nothing!!! She says where would you like her record sent to.. Really cold hearted idiot thats my baby!!! I will never take her there again so please dont take your babies there!!!!!!!

The staff at Fox Veterinary are always kind and understanding. The vets we have seen for my girlfriends aging cat and my anxious dog have been amazing. The facility is quaint and clean. We started going here when we lived in Elyria and I continue to bring my animals here even though its and hour drive from east Cleveland. We are talked to with respect and our questions are answered thoroughly. The cat has had her teeth cleaned here several times and weve had no problems, she was well looked after. My dog is calmly talked to by the vets and assistants when hes being administered shots. I highly recommend anyone who loves their pets to bring them to Fox Vet.

Bill Fox has been our family Vet as far back as I can think of dates anyway. My pets, since I moved from my families small animal farm, have always only gone to Fox Vet Hosp. I trust the people there and I never feel stupid asking any question. I have referred a lot of people and their Loved Pets to Foxs... and will continue doing so unless something completely bizarre happens! They are not just there for your pets health, they understand special circumstances and each individual pet caretakers needs, desires and limitations. I cant think of anything else you could ask for!

I have been going here for years. Ive had all my animals there at one time or another. About a year ago I noticed a change in culture there. All based on money and fees. There has been vet staffing issues and now if you call its a 2 to 3 week wait because of lack of help. I cannot wait that long if the animal is in distress and I wont pay their extortion fee (ER fee) to see the animal. After almost 20 years and 10s of thousands of dollars spent on visits and procedures, I will be taking my pets elsewhere. You lost my business.

Dr. Lisa is an absolute hero. Six years ago my cat had full blown liver failure. She was given a 20% chance of survival. She was knocking on deaths door, yet somehow, Dr. Lisa managed to save her. Six years later, I have a happy & healthy little girl. Topaz, her big brother Garfield, & myself can never thank her enough. However, we are so thankful to have her, that we will never go anywhere else.

My dog had a seizure today. I am very upset with the quality or lack there of care I received when I called Fox Veterinary. I was told in order to bring my dog in I would have to pay an emergency fee of $250.00. I could understand this if I called after hours, this was 3:30 in the afternoon. This made me feel they care more about making money then taking care of my animal.

Highly recommend this vet. We have seen 2 of the doctors so far and loved them both. They do a great job of keeping our puppy calm and still providing him with great care. We look forward to years of working with Fox Vet. They even saw us right before closing hours for an ear infection when we were going out of town and didnt even charge us for the office visit.

the girls who work there are very rude and there are to many veterians there and dr fox isnt very nice and is rude I will never take another animal there you see they did surgery on my puppy and there was too many vets involve and they ended up killing my puppy.

I have for dogs, they are little and when one or more gets sick it can get costly. And some vets in the past gave us meds that did not help, prolonging there problems and costing more. With Fox Veterinary, I feel am getting better and more accurate care.

Ive seen three different vets here and they were all great. Ive gone to them with broken legs, thyroid issues, etc. They do all shots and blood draws right in the room with you, which I like.

Good vets use herbal medicine also
