Chase Lockard

Almost every time we go they are not ready for the appointment I spend more time waiting on them than I do in the room with my animal. They also will force you to pay for things they do when you spacifaclly tell them what you want done. I will never go back again after a year of being with them. Terrible and unprofessional

I had a fatal emergency with my kitten. He needed into a vet asap and they wouldnt get him in and suggested i go 20 minutes away. He ended up having to be put down because he didnt recieve help fast enough. I would have been willing to pay anything to help my kitten. Thanks for that!

Do not bother to inquire about their staff. We were suddenly asked to leave. And said they could not provide our pet with service. We found Dr. Smith at All Gods Creatures who had no issue with questions or receiving us. We are happy with how things turned out afterall.

Weve had decent service from here in the past but when we decided to have our 18 year old cat put down due to health issues we were told we had to wait for possibly 4 hours in the waiting room because they only had one vet on duty. Not acceptable.
