Started using Maximum Potential after my son failed his hearing tests and we were told he needed to have surgery to have ear tubes put in because he had fluid in his ears. Did an extensive amount of research to find an alternative to surgery because that would be my last resort, dont want to put my son through that is there is something else that can help him. i read that a lot of people in my situation used a chiropractor to help drain the fluid naturally instead of surgery. i started searching for local chiropractors and reading reviews on them and decided to call Maximum Potential. I honestly didnt know what they would think when i called and said i wanted to try this instead of surgery. They greeted me and my son in with open arms and got us in right away. My son went for 2 weeks and we were at the pediatricians office for my daughters checkup and i was telling his doctor we were trying the chiropractor. After she sat there for 5 minutes telling me how chiropractors dont work, she said "lets take him back for another hearing test", i said "ok". Not knowing what to think......wondering if there would be any improvement after only going for 2 weeks to Dr. Matt, the nurse comes in the room with my son and looks shocked! "He passed it perfectly" she said! I was blown away! We still see Dr. Matt twice a week to get everything back to where it should be but my son also has horrible allergies and this has helped tremendously! If you are looking for a chiropractor GO HERE! I have been seeing Dr. Matt since around Thanksgiving last year, and my husband has been going since Christmas. We actually look forward to going at the end of the day. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I am surprised with all the people they work with on a daily basis that they remember things you have talked about, work, pets, anything, it makes it fun and the exercise time go by fast. From my x-rays we found that I had no curve to my neck and that could be causing some of my headaches and upper back/shoulder pain. I sit at a desk all day and with the treatments I have noticed improvements and the exercises are easy to do at home on the days that I dont go in. I recommend MP to everyone I know.

Dr. Matt and his staff are fantastic! Genuinely care for your overall health and wellness. You generally get in the same day, for urgent needs! Have been a patient since 2010- and migraines are gone. There is no time wasted- you are in and out. The evaluation is thorough. Everyone is pleasant. I love that massage therapists are available after an adjustment- ahhh. The office is very pleasing and clean! There is definitely pride in ownership, and employees! Dr. Offers a variety of presentations to educate the public on various topics. Top notch care! Will always be a patient because its one of those offices that makes you feel like family- everyone knows your name, and is very welcoming!

I have gone to a Chiropractor about a year ago, and it was no wear near the experience i had here on my first day. I walked in and was instantly welcomed with open arms, and lots of smiles. The customer service of everyone was, the best I have ever seen in a doctors office. The waiting area was very warm, inviting and cozy. The doctors were fantastic, and the nurse i worked with as well. Such a wonderful experience. I highly highly recommend this place! At my last location, i was never talked to, I felt like all they cared about was getting my money, but at Maximum Chiropractic I truly felt like they wanted to help. I walked into work today thanking my boss for recommending them!

I started my care at Maximum Potential Chiropractic over a year ago. I can say with confidence that this office truly cares about their patients overall health and well-being. Its not just about adjustments (although those are obviously important) - they take the time to educate their patients about spinal care, teach therapeutic exercises, and offer Eat Well-Move Well-Think Well classes to help take their patients to the next level of health. The office is upbeat, positive, tastefully decorated, and clean. Dr. Matt is very passionate about helping people and extremely knowledgeable as well. As long our family lives in Medina, this is our chiropractor!

My husband had been suffering with back pain for two years, he has been going to doctors and all they did was push medication that did not work, what a waste of money. After going to Doctor Mat, my husbands pain is gone. Its a miracle. I had hip pain and his wonderful staff cured that and my vertigo, again I have been suffering with this for years. Doctors could not do anything for me. Since we have been going to maximum potential chiropractic we have not had to take or spend money on pain medication. Thank you all, you are great and very caring.

The entire team here is super helpful! I was in a car accident and they worked very hard to get me back to where I was before the accident. They take the time to answer questions and explain everything theyre doing, which I really appreciated. They also have fun drawings for various things (Fitbit, massage, rec center pass, etc) every month! Come here and experience the relief for yourself!

Its funny to me how I would walk in for a simple adjustment, and I would need extra test, "because you havent had them for a year" I had only been going there for 6 months. then I realized the date is Jan. 7th, and a new billing cycle has started for my health insurance. Bottom line is their concern is more with what is billable than how you feel and what you really need. Never went back

What a great staff that Dr. Matt has! Anytime you call or go in, everyone is genuinely upbeat and anxious to assist. Just walking in lifts your spirits. They truly care about your well being and you feel so much better when you walkout! It is so nice to see smiling faces all the time no matter what is going on. Dr. Matt is great and it certainly is reflected throughout his practice.

I had a wonderful experience at Maximum Potential. I would still be going there if I hadnt moved away for grad school. They do a great job of explaining everything to you and listening when you have concerns. The staff is extremely friendly and very personable. I had severe migraines about once a week when I first started going to Dr. Matt and now it is very rare that I ever get one.
