Recently moved to New phila, read good reviews but I experienced something different. Yes it is pricey but I am ready to pay the price if the work is good, My dog had an infection behind his jaw and they said they will have to get a biopsy done which will cost you 110$ , they suggested me this test so they can figure out if its cancer, tumor etc .So in the end paying total of 200 got me nothing but antibiotics ! Well, I got a call saying unfortunately we couldnt come to the conclusion and we cant really figure out whats wrong with him, but they assured before the test will tell us and after the test they are saying, oh tests are not 100% guaranteed.So, finally I called them this morning asking them will you re-do the test since you charged me so much and came back with nothing , they said I need to go for a different test, but the catch is , any test doesnt assure you that the results will come out or not and they wont tell you that before the test but after ! I am definitely not going for another test just to hear now I need to go for the third one . In the end , I thank them for their help when he was in pain because I love my boy more than anything ,he may be a money machine for any of the Vets but not me for sure.

I think that this place is way over priced, and they talk to you like youre stupid. They also gave us one price, and then when we went to pick our cat up, they added more on for vaccines. They should have had the whole price listed, and they shouldve called to make sure we were able to pay for the vaccines before administering them. I also asked for a cone for my cat, and they never gave me one. If an emergency Im willing to go again, but Ill be looking for a new vet thats for sure.

unprofessional and unprepared to say the least left here and went to a quality vet but not after paying an office call for nothing.if your pet needs its nails trimmed maybe but for anything more serious better go elseware !!!!! VERY DISAPOINTED
