I had a 9am appointment and got there 5 minutes early. I was not greeted by any of the 3 girls chatting behind the front desk, was not asked to fill anything out at all. I signed in to the sign in sheet and sat down. 10 minutes later, I took two insurance cards up there and asked if they needed them. They said sure and walked off. Another 10 minutes pass and a lady who got there after me got called to see the Dr. I asked if there was anything else they needed and she said "Oh, did you want an appointment?" No, I thought Id just sit in your waiting room all day for the hell of it. "I had a 9am appointment scheduled but nobody has spoken to me." She said "Oh.... OK, well well call you in a few minutes." I said "Dont bother, its 9:35 already and I have to get back to work." I will never recommend or go back to Dr. Jones office. I wonder if he knows how much business his lazy front desk girls are costing him.

I have been a patient here for many years. Many times were my recent records "lost" so I was forced to have another pricey appointment just to refill my contacts, that were filled in office as new prescription 3 months earlier. The LAST time I ever walked in there, the apathetic nurse behind the desk that could barely be bothered to pay attention to me over her magazine, after less then a cursory look for my file, asked if it wasnt someplace else like 1-800 contacts that I had recently filled my last order at. I was then thrown OUT (by threat of police removal) when I asked her if she (the apathetic office worker) actually worked for a living.

They are fast and were very nice! Love this place will be going back next year! I recommend Jones Eyecare to everyone!

Ridiculously overpriced. Charged $158 for a "contacts exam" even though we didnt end up ordering contacts.
