Fantastic! Love Love Love this Vet! I have an overly rambunctious puppy that needed EVERYTHING done. I also needed help with training because the pup doesnt like food treats and I was having a hard time keeping him interested in toys. All Shots, worming, flea treatment, micro-chipping, and eye medication (from an infection) cost way less then I had expected! Doctor Fletcher gained the trust of my shy pup quickly and easily making the visit run smoothly. All vaccines happened fast and painlessly to the dog as he was to interested in the canned cheese treats (that I never though of trying). Micro-chip was also not even a though in Winchesters mind as it was being put into place (canned cheese people! Its like a drug for them!). Canned cheese laced Squeaky ball is now working wonders for his training. The Squeak get his attention while the cheese keeps him interested. I will be returning to this vet for all of Winchesters need in the future. Knowledgeable, friendly, quick, and efficient (which a mother of 4 needs)!

We initially brought our cat to Dr. Glaze in November due to excess vomiting. Unfortunately after several tests she was diagnosed with GI Lymphoma. Dr. Glaze and his staff were wonderful and answered all of the questions we had promptly. Unfortunately our kitty lost her battle with the disease earlier this month. Our cat was only six years old and I have been a mess over it. We are very thankful for the care she received and thanks to Dr. Glaze, we at least had the opportunity to enjoy six months with her after the initial diagnosis before saying goodbye. The staff was wonderful and compassionate when it was time to let her go and we could not be more appreciative. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I love this place!! Even though it takes me 20-25 minutes to get to ther office, Ken is the only vet I take my pets to if they are sick. I only trust Ken (and now his new assistant vet, Eric). Ive had bad experiences with other vets but never have I gotten bad info from Ken. He is the one I am bequeathing my special needs kitty to if I die. Hes the only person I know who wont kill her if I cant take care of her. He even fixed the wing of a wild turkey then released it on his property. Ken can be a kind of grumpy guy sometimes, but he will always give you the very best animal care you can get!!! And thats what you go to a vet for.

My dog had a pulled muscle and he was limping for about a week so I take him here and the guy barely touches his leg and turns to me and says it seems like he tore his ACL and to fix it it was gonna be a surgery that cost about 3000$ so I take my dog home because the limp never really bugged him and I wait a few days to see if it will get better and bamm just like that his leg wasnt sore anymore and he was running around so my reason for the low review is simply because the guy had what seemed to be zero experience with animals and wanted to cut my dog open for a problem he was unsure of that is not professional care

I have ferrets and have been using Dr. Fletcher for a few years now. He is compassionate, friendly, and down to earth. His staff is the same. They are prompt, reliable and always cheerful. Dr. Fletcher is good with the ferrets, but knows when to send a problem out of the office if he doesnt know the answer. He isnt afraid to go do some research, either, when in doubt. Pricing is extremely reasonable, and the staff can flex their hours a bit to accommodate patrons working around a work schedule.

Quoted me $380 over the phone, I elected for addition work so I expected a total of $425, when the work was done, the bill was $534. Was not happy and wouldnt have even considered them if they told me itd cost that much. Over priced like crazy for a dog neutering and front dewclaws removal. Will not use them again, cant trust them to keep anywhere close to the price they quote. Im sure that if I had taken the offer to have a cone collar, Id of been charged for it too.

Oh my goodness, where to start? From the excellent customer care from the initial phone call to make an appointment for my rescue dog to the most wonderful visit with any physician we have ever had. Dr. Fletcher took time with us and our dog. He thoroughly explained everything that a new pet owner should know and he took the time to explain his care philosophy. Overall a wonderful experience for us and our dog. Thank you Dr. Fletcher and Staff.

Best vet office in town! We have brought our reptiles and our dogs to Dr. Fletcher for over a year. Dr. Fletcher has many years of experience and a vast array of knowledge. He is also smart enough to know when to admit he doesnt know whats wrong. His pricing is extremely reasonable for the superior level of care that they give. I feel confident having Ken and his staff care for my pets.

Ive been taking my senior Pomeranian and elderly Manx here for almost a year now, and if I werent moving out of state soon Id never go anywhere else. Dr. Burright is smart and compassionate. Dr. Fletcher is a pet-care guru and a kind soul. Dr. Glaze Ive never met, but Im sure hes a peach. :-D JJ, Camilla and I are really going to miss this place!

Awesome job today at Albany Animal Hospital. Both the vet and vet tech were so helpful and my dogs were so relaxed and comfortable that they laid calmly on the floor and let all the fun stuff happen that they needed done. The final bill for 2 dogs, exams, shots and pills was not as much as I was expecting and dreading.Thank you so much.

Love this place! Love the doctors, and all the people who work here. Everyone is so helpful and gentle and patient. They do little things that are above and beyond their​ job description, and you can tell they really care about the animals. Ive been going there for about 5 years now and my kitty cats are in tip top shape! TY, guys!

We started taking our cats to Dr. Fletcher when we lived just down the street a bit, now that weve moved to Monmouth and tried other vets, we still keep coming back to see either Dr. Fletcher or Dr. Glase, theyre both absolutely the very best. Its a long drive for us, but completely worth every penny we spend on gas to get there!

They have been upfront and honest about pricing, and weve been given quotes prior to any treatment which is more than we received from our previous vet. I am new patient and was given incorrect information on the phone which led to me rushing to get there. Upon arriving I was initially told I couldnt be seen, however due to them giving me incorrect information they saw me and treated my animal! Human errors happen... its nice to see a company stand by their word.
