Scheduled an appointment with this clinic several months ago for my 12.5 year old dog receive acupuncture treatment; about a week before the appointment they called to tell me they had to cancel. Was a little frustrated because I am self-employed and very busy and it is difficult to get away from work, but I gave this business the benefit of the doubt and decided to reschedule another appointment. Set up another appointment with them and once again they call me and tell me they had to once again cancel the appointment. At this point I was angry and asked them why?. There exact reply... and I quote," acupuncture is a secondary service and we have to put emergency services ahead of all other services." I didnt realize they could predict emergencies so far in advance? If you offer a service you should at least let a potential client know in advance that an appointment may be canceled due to other issues going on. I would not recommend this clinic; horrible service all around!

We have been taking our pets to this clinic for several years and have always had nothing but excellent service and helpful , caring attention given to our animals. We have had other vets but this group is special! Both in acupuncture and in checkups and following up with phone calls, they are an amazing team. We highly recommend them! LR and WB

I travel a long distance to come to the Pioneer Veterinary Clinic for my animals health care. This is a one doctor office and I come here because this is not a traveling doctor group clinic. They are kind and speak to my animals with respect. My animals respond well with their personalities. I am very happy with the service provide.
