I work at a dental lab in Salem, and Ive worked with many doctors and offices. Ive gotten to know them and their work; but Dr. Wark Is definitely one the of the best. I love Dr. Wark and her crew. They are always friendly and make you feel comfortable. Ive had bad experiences as a child that make me hate going to the dentist, but when they were recommended a few years back I decided to try em out. Although I still hate going to the dentist I feel like my experience with them has made feel a lot better about them. The one thing I love about Dr. Wark Is that she gives you the best options and allows you to chose whichever is the best for you, both financially and functionality. I love Dr. Warks personality-shes always so bubbly and funny no matter the time of day. I cant say enough about Dr. Wark. I have only met Dr. Bollwitt a few times, a couple times at the office and a couple of times at my office. Hes done some work with me and the few times Ive met with him, hes very friendly, funny, and puts his patients at ease. I felt comfortable with him and confident in his training, schooling, and opinions.

Ive been a patient of the Wark Dental Group for the past 8 years. I choose to keep going back for a couple reasons. First, the staff has perfected customer service. They are always courteous, respectful, attentive and personable. Having dental work done is stressful and the staff works hard to make sure it is as an enjoyable experience as possible. I really appreciate that aspect. Second, the actual dental work performed is top notch. Ive had a few cavities (I know, I know) and needed a crown recently. The process was explained in great detail and expectations are always met. There are several choices in town, but I keep coming back because I trust Amy and her staff immensely!

I hate (loathe?) having dental work done - although Im not sure I know anyone that enjoys it. I have avoided the dentist most of my life because of it. Dr. Wark was very understanding of this, and acknowledged my anxiety (I had to have some cavities filled, and a crown put on). She suggested and prescribed an anti-anxiety pill for my procedure, and let me wear my headphones with music blasting for the entire procedure. I still dont like having work done, but when its needed, Ill definitely return to Dr. Wark.

Came in for a routine visit, great customer service, greeted with a smile as soon as i walked in. Doctor Bollwitt was extremely professional and did a fantastic job, i felt no pain throughout the entire procedure. The assistants were also great and made the entire process pain free.
