Dr. Burton was great yesterday with Levi. she went over him top to bottom and with process of elimination determined what was wrong with him. today he is right as rain. back to his normal self. I cant thank them enough for the job they all do there. Very professional courteous and considerate group of people. I tell everyone to take their animals there. today is May 6 and I tried to get Levi in for an inflamed eye. was told they could work me in at 9 30 but there would be an extra charge of $25. I hit the roof. Since when is it about the money and not the welfare of the animal? I have been a good and loyal client for a few years now. But thats gonna change. I called Ms Denise back and said I want a copy of my records and to cancel by two cats appt on Wed. I will also pass the word along about their business practices. I also told them if they were that money hungry they just lost a client and maybe many more if I had anything to say about it. My rating has changed from a 5 to barely a 3.

My experience was amazing highly recommend these guys! The Veterinarian I met with was great and really cared! Helped me choosing the right test to figure out what was going on with my baby and understanding I was on a tight budged but not letting that fase the treatment one bit and everyone there helped me get some assistance with the bill. I recieved really bad news my kitty of 11+ years had cancer but still the vet helped with so much compassion and ease. My experience here was really good despite the horrible news and the help was truely heart warming. Will def highly recommend and bring my animals back when ever needed. Thank you guys very much for everything!♡!

Highly recommend! Can not thank them enough!! We were having a getaway at the coast, when our dog was starting to having a severe allergic reaction. On our way to Newport, we were calling ahead to find a vet on Saturday to see her right away. After the Newport Veterinary Hospital said they were booked and could see us in 3 hours possibly!!! We went to Grove Veterinary Clinic, they worked us in, in between there other patients and treated her. Dr. Burton and all the staff was fantastic, thank you for treating Chloe with such care! Thank you! If you need attentive and compassionate people to treat your pets, call them!

I never have a bad experience here for my cat. Theyre always quick to get you in and there are no wait times. The vetrinarians are super hilarious and I love talking with them while they explain everything to me. Definitely recommend!!

Thought it was a good place at first. But, when they cant even do inventory right and give me very rude service I just cannot keep going back. For that I give Grove Vet a 1 star.
