I just walked out of Morgans Veterinary in tears due to gratitude and relief, knowing that my cat is going to be okay and that every employee in that building does care for the animals in their charge. About 2 weeks ago I realized my cat wasnt peeing and was in a lot of pain. It turns out he was suffering from stones blocking his urinary tract. He couldve died if I didnt take him in, they praised me for doing so.The staff immediately tended to both his needs and mine. They we very quick to communicate with me and to relive his pain. I have never felt so sure he would be safe and loved staying overnight than with any other veterinarian experience. I love especially how they were interested in not only treating the problem but also his whole well being. They gave him medicine to help him calm down, they urged me to keep them updated, and was very quick with suggestions for his comfort and health always quickly remembering myself, my kitty, and the whole situation when I called or stopped in. They also made sure I knew how to get a hold of someone in case of emergency at all times. This of course was very expensive for me, but I did a lot of research and price comparisons on how much treating my cats illneses was. Comparing average cost across the country I found Morgans to be well below the average cost. Average was around $1200, Max $1800, I ended up paying around $750. He did not suggest ANYTHING that was unnecessary, and I (not a medical professional) could clearly understand the need and the cost for everything that I was billed for. I was just blown away at how fair the whole process was concerning costs. There was not one thing I could even try to complain about and I am of course very picky when it comes to my cats health. Best veterinary experience Ive ever had, thank you guys so much! ❤️

It can be very hard to find quality medical care both for yourselves and your pets in a small city such as this. And I have found it to be this way with Morgan Vet. They forgot to give my pet her shots once, but didnt forget to charge me. OK? They did call me and at least and tell me they failed to give the shots, so I had to bring her back in. This time in the Vet was being very short with us, then yells at the nurse in front of me and my fiancee for not holding there wobly table my 100+ lb dog was standing on, and brings the poor girl to tears. Talk about uncomfortable for everyone including my animals. So then wouldnt you know it they fail to give the proper treatment again and still charge us. After being asked to come in a third time, I felt it best to fire them right there before any real errors are made with my animals health. And for some reason I dont think they like having to mail your pets records to you personally. Im not sure why. I do hope for the sake of our pets they figure things out down there.

Morgan veterinary clinic seems to be more geared toward making money and less about taking care of your pets. I recently took my cat in because her eye was very puffy and oozing. They gave me three types of medicine, did not discuss price or anything just opened up the medicines and gave the cat her first doses and then charged me $155.00 for the visit. I found that all three medicines that she was given were readily available at either Walgreens or petmeds for a fraction of the cost. they charged me $23 for an eyewash that you can get at Walgreens for $5, They charged me $36 for an antibacterial ointment that you can get for $12.50. finally they charged me $29.05 for an anti-inflammatory that you can get for $7.99. on top of all of this they tried to make two more appointments with me one 3 days from now to make sure she is doing OK with the meds and another next month for two vaccines that are apparently over due. Both appointments will cost an additional $43 a piece just so the doc can come in and say hi.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO MORGAN VETERINARY!!! I took my cat in to Morgan because she was lethargic and didnt move from her spot for over 12 hours. Morgan was the only vet that I could get her in right away. The doctor charged me $500 for tests, xrays and medicine to treat an abcess that he never found. Three days later she was better, but started to sneeze. A week later she was throwing up her food most likely from the amoxicill that can upset her stomach. I mixed her food with yogurt to reset the good bacteria in her stomach. A week later my other cat started sneezing and her eyes were watering, most likely caught what my first cat caught, which were not her symptoms in the first place. Apparently Morgan Vet does not sanitize their clinic very well. I will never take any of my cats there ever again, because I have learned that Morgan Veterinary will just make them sicker or worse than they already were. I repeat DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAT TO MORGAN VETERINARY!!

Brought my pure breed lab puppy to this vet against better advice. From day one I was up sold on every product and service including his food and even signed up for their puppy care 0lan which is not cheap. In the end a puppy tooth I was alarmed about being stuck in his mouth was disregarded several times as they told me it would fall out on its own. Well it broke beneath his gum line and is still in there messing up his adult teeth. They told me if I signed up for the adult plan it would cover the tooth but the puppy plan did not and I was handed a quote for an additional $350. 00 to fix what they must diagnosed. Bad medicine. Oh, and his tail was broken as it got caught in their door on the way out of their tiny lobby. Do yourself a favor or better yet your animal who is counting on you and do not go to this place. Thay are all about the money and the pet 2nd.

The killed two of my cats and are trying to charge me over 1k even after telling me they were going to wave the fee. They continue to add on charges and have stopped contacting me so that I will owe them more. All they care about is money... They sent my cat home after major surgery when he was not eating.. He survived a few days, in which I had to force feed him (worse experience Ive ever had and I still have nightmare about the pain he went through) and they were unwilling to come in a half hour early to see him when he started to show signs of freezing (I had him wrapped in blankets on my lap with the heater on us to try and help) he died later that day in their care without them trying to do anything. They charged us 600$ for that last visit on top of the already 1k. Think about you pet; dont let morgan vet get their greedy hands on them.

I am so happy with my experience with Morgan Veterinary Clinic! They are always so helpful and kind. Dr. Karl and the staff make the experience so pleasing. I was concerned about my cats health and called, they were able to get me in right away, went over a detailed health care plan and gave me time to decide what path to take to find out the root of what was wrong. I understand that because my cat cannot talk, that diagnostic would need to be done. At each step of the road to finding what was wrong, I was called and told the results. This is amazing to me! The love and care they have shown my loved one has made me so secure with putting my trust in Morgan vet clinic. I would recommend them to all my friends, family and strangers on the street! Great job.
