I have to agree with sandi about the attitude at this clinic. I have been treated extremely rudely when needing to reschedule an appointment and actually grilled by the woman behind the desk as to what was so important that I needed to cancel. I also know Sandi and I are not the only ones to be treated like crap there. A friend of mine (whos pets are patients of Dr Brown) called the clinic late in the day on a Friday because her cat was having seizures. She said the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and told her to make an appointment on MONDAY and she didnt have time even to make to make her an appointment even though she was calling during business hours on Friday. She asked to speak to Dr Brown and the woman would not let her, so she brought her cat in and demanded to see Dr Brown who of course helped her immediately. I no longer take my pet to this clinic anymore which is a shame because Dr Brown is great but most of his staff is terrible.

Dr. Sandra and Dr. Lewer are the most insensitive vets I have ever encountered! One of them told me to cut my kittens head off when it was born somewhat deformed. Then Dr Sandra had a hissy fit when I said I did not want that Dr. doing my dogs sugery because of his insensitive nature. She hid in the back of the clinic and would not give my poor dog the meds she needed for severe swelling of her knees. She has the worst bed side manner, and if not for Dr. Brown that clinic would be completley devoid of compassion for the parents of these sick animals. Dr Brown is very nice, but he is not there presently because he is recovering from surgery of his own. It might be a clean pretty place, but the attitude there is snotty. I would not recommend this clinic unless you have an appointment with Dr. Brown himself. Unfortunately , some of the girls up front are about the same as the dr.s.......COLD and RUDE.

Three years ago we were new to the area and had to decide which vet to begin taking our dogs. Dr Eric Brown proved to be the most recommended vet by locals. Weve regularly seen him since for the regular exams, shots, etc. The couple of times that a diagnosis and/or urgent care was needed, the dog in need was immediately fit in, regardless of how busy they were. The facility feels modern and has been immaculately clean at every visit. From the vet techs, to the people answering the phone, to Dr Brown and his vet peers, all have been both personable and professional. This is a place that cares, exactly whats needed when one of my little loved ones need veterinarian care.

Took our beautiful dog to this Vet. He was in a lot of pain and he had a bad odor. Vet could not smell the odor. Sent us home with some pills. Cost us $75.00. I complained again and the vet and his assistant both said they could not smell him. Vet finally took an x-ray and drew blood. He had cancer and diabetes. We were saddened and had our dog put down. Had this vet checked him sooner, we could have spared our dog the pain he was going through. I would not recommend this Clinic.

Hi karen. Doctor brown is totally competent. Costs are totally fair. Staff are attentative to your pet, even if your not present. Because costs are not outrageous, I always leave a twenty dollar bill, to help pets who cant afford treatment. I would like a lot of us who can afford it, to leave something behind, pets should not be at fault because thier persons are poor.

Despite having to reschedule two appointments, we were treated courteously. Only two of the veterinarians have treated our Lillie, both were kind, gentle and most of all more thorough and accurate in helpful diagnosis than the three prior vets for a difficult raccoon wound that refused to heal initially.

Scheduling has always been fast, easy, and considerate. The level of care provided is excellent and our dogs have been treated very well by all staff members. The costs of vet care are never easy to swallow, but I have never felt taken advantage of here or over prescribed.

I really like this vet for my leopard gecko. They dont overdo their care and charge you extra which is an issue that Ive had with exotic animal vets. The prices are reasonable if you go in for a checkup. I would definitely recommend them for their herp vet!

We took our chi-weenie there 2 weeks ago and there was a mistake when clipping his nail. Dr. Smith fixed the nail today, free of charge, and issued us pain meds for our furry family member. Im happy we were able to work it out. Thank you Dr. Smith.

Have been going here for 4 years and weve never had a discourteous moment. They are kind, courteous, accommodating, thorough, sweet with our pets, and extremely knowledgeable. I cant say enough good things about them, especially Dr. Brown.
