We had been using this clinic for our two children since they were born, and have finally reached the point where we will never go back. For general check-ups they were acceptable, just really slow, making us wait in an exam room for at least 15 minutes on average, and sometimes upwards of 30 minutes before the doctor was able to see us. Other than that, the doctors and staff seemed to know what they were doing and worked well with the kids. But the final straw was this week when our child was actually sick. I called and asked to speak with a nurse yesterday, and after waiting over FOUR HOURS I called them back and they finally got someone on the phone to speak with me. I scheduled an appointment for 9 am the next morning, but as sick kids are often slow in the morning, my wife was a little late getting out the door to head to the appointment. Arriving 7 minutes late, they declined to see them, and told them to come back at 11:45. But wait - then they called back and said that appointment was gone. If this is the courtesy and care they show to sick children, take my advice. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Being very selective with my doctors because of a really bad experiences in the past. So glad to have found these guys. Great with my kids. Knowledgeable. And on top of all the wonderful advice and that i was excited their bedside manor was also wonderful. Thank you!!
