I arrived at 9:12 for a 9:00 appointment and, after suffering a withering glare from the receptionist, was told that the doctor observes a 10 minute cut-off for late patients and would not see me. I was not informed of this policy when I made the appointment, but if there had been adequate parking I would have been on time. She may be a fine practitioner, but she is also running a business, and I expect a quality experience in both the exam room and the waiting room.

The receptionist is about as friendly as a badger and if you arrive on time you wait for 15-20 min and if you are 10 min late they will not see you so Im not sure if they want patients or not. My wife and I both had poor experiences here and will not return. There are several other dermatologists in the area, I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Reed has been fabulous with curing the acne of my daughter and working with my son. They gave us good information concerning whether or not to have a mole taken off. She also helped another friend completely cure his acne. Highly recommend.

Dr Reed has done excellent work for me removing cancer multiple times. She only does work that needs to be done and doesnt push you to do unnecessary treatments or return appointments. I highly recommend her.
