Dr. Greene is very knowledgeable with all skin types and is at the top of his field. I have dark toned skin (African) and Ive dealt with severe razor bumps on my face for almost 15 years. I have spent thousands of dollars on almost every razor bump regimen, high end shaving cream, and various blades with few results and many set backs. I had a consultation with Dr. Green about 3 months ago and after taking the time to hear my history and struggles, he conducted a through exam and came up with a skin care plan that included a trial of prescription topical management, knowing that if this didnt work we would proceed with something more aggressive like laser hair removal. I was hesitant about the laser hair removal because of the potential cost and I frankly didnt think it would yield results. After the topical management didnt clear my skin as well as I had hoped for we proceeded with laser hair removal. The first people to notice a difference where my wife and 2 kids (5/3y olds) who used to call me prickley face for the bumps i had and how much my coarse facial hair hurt them when they kissed me!! Not anymore! Even when i shave, there is a significant difference, with only one stroke of the blade needed to remove a now very soft thin hair. The only thing left on my face these days are the scars on my neck that remind me of my painful past that included cuts, bruises bumps, frustration, expense and disdain for shaving! Not anymore. My skin looks healthy and is well on the mend! Dr. Greene works with me to revise my skin care plan as my skin changes and my needs evolve. I should have done this a long time ago and Dr. Green was the first person to give me a plan, follow-up with me closely and for the first time the results are exactly what I had hoped for after 15 years of trial and error...and countless dermatology visits across the country! Ultimately, my experience with Dr. Greene and his staff has been nothing short of professional and friendly! No issues with appointment scheduling or even re-scheduling due to my busy schedule. Its been a pleasure having his group as a dermatologist for my wife and I!

I have so much confidence in Dr. Greenes abilities as a dermatologist! He is extremely knowledgeable, skillful, and takes great care to make his patients feel relaxed and informed. His staff made sure to fit me into the schedule during my brief visit to Seattle to address a suspicious spot on the bridge of my nose that likely wouldve become a much larger issue had it not been addressed right away. His staff even scheduled me during the final appointment time of the day to insure that if I needed immediate surgery (which I did), there would be time for them to do it since a follow-up visit wouldnt have been possible. As it turns out, Dr. Greene is quite efficient and the entire procedure including local anesthetic was over in less than five minutes. Since the site was in a highly visible location, Dr. Greene informed me he was taking care to "feather" (sculpt) the edges of the site to decrease the chance of leaving a dramatic scar. Sure enough, it is now two weeks later and what I secretly suspected would become a lasting mark has continued to heal and diminish. I anticipate it will be virtually unnoticeable in no more than another week. While I wouldve willingly traded a permanent scar for the alternative, Dr. Greene made sure I didnt need to. Quite honestly, youll just get overall great care and high quality service there. That Dr. Greene is also a well-regarded faculty member of a respected university further demonstrates that the man is performing at the top of his profession. Incidentally, this was not the first time I was treated by him (the prior care was cutting edge treatment to address rosacea on my nose and cheeks), so I can also attest to the consistency of service at Advanced Dermatology. Many thanks to Dr. Greene and the entire staff for being so warm and capable. Couldnt be more satisfied.

I went to see Dr Greene to try a bit of lip filler (one of his specialties, as it turns out!) & had a marvelous experience from beginning to end. The office & team are incredibly welcoming, & I was sitting in my treatment room for numbing in less than 5 minutes! Dr Greene has a customized approach to "comfort management" for every patient (i.e...he makes sure injections dont hurt!), listened intently to my questions, & showed me exactly how he wanted to place the filler. We also made a plan for a future visit, & I left w/complete instructions how to treat my lips carefully for the next few days. LOVE my results!! Subtle, beautiful, & completely natural-looking. Dr Greene is a true expert - so passionate about patient care & creating the best results, & it really shows throughout the practice. Thank you, Dr Greene & team!!

I have struggled with acne seen I was a preteen. In addition, I have also suffered from hyperhydrosis. For the first time in my life, I am acne free and I no longer have to change my shirt multiple times a day. Dr. Green is compassionate about your situation and doesnt make you feel uncomfortable about it. In my experience, that is hard to do. He listens to your concerns and provides options with your best interest in mind. Essentially, he allows you to be a part of the decision making process. The staff is also incredible. Natasha knows everything there is to know about skin and makeup. The facility is clean, and provides free parking for your visit! Thats hard to come by in Seattle!

I had a truly remarkable experience during my treatment by Dr. Greene and his staff. As soon as I entered the office everyone was kind and professional. Most importantly, I was treated as an individual and my questions were addressed with respect and concern. I saw Dr. Greene for fillers and Botox. I was nervous prior to the treatment, but Dr. Greene and his staff put me at ease and I trusted their expertise. Dr. Greene has great judgement in determining the best approach and use of products. I will definitely be going back for future treatments, even though I will have to fly in to do so.
